This company is a scam and a joke
I placed an order on 10/31/22. My order was processed the day I placed it but they didn't get the package to FedEx until I complained that it didn't arrive. They set then sent the wrong tux. I tried to handle it by email but got no response. I found a phone number for customer service with Men's USA. I talked with two very helpful individuals who assured me that if I sent back the tux WITH A $25 RESTOCKING FEE the correct tux would be sent. I returned the tux with copies of my original order, emails where promises were made, etc. When I hadn't gotten notification that the correct tux was being cross-shipped, I called the customer service number again and was told that they have never done any customer service for MensTuxedoUSA at that number (very rudely said).
Two days after they received the returned item, I received an email that my order was being processed. It is now two days later and I still have no shipping number.
They also look knew that I needed the tux for a performance on 11/13/22... tomorrow. I thought that placing the order on October 31st was more than enough time to receive the tux and get it tailored before November 13th. I didn't know the company was this irresponsible.
You'd think a company that was serious about business would be very prompt in rectifying an order that was screwed up by them TWICE to ensure they don't get reviews like this. But it appears that this is their M.O.

Absolutely terrible company. Sent the wrong jacket, wants it back plus $25 restocking fee (?). I pay for shipping it back so they can send the right jacket. In the meantime they refund my money - they don't answer the phone. They try to bribe me with a $30 refund if I keep THE WRONG ITEM - WHAT ??

Received an order that I paid to have rushed but it was NOTHING like described or shown on the site. False advertisement! For the price I paid on the jacket, pant, and shipping, I am extremely disappointed. The customer service - nonexistent.

this company is a train wreck - I ordered a tuxedo - it was supposedly shipped and then they indicated they don't have the size so ordered another one - week goes bye and email comes with Fedex shipping number - but then another email comes and says they can't ship because it is damaged - their customer service number recording says California is "closed" because of covid and nobody can answer phones - but it September 2022 and California is not closed for covid - end result after four weeks no tuxedo for my event this weekend - really terrible company

We received our tuxedo pants and they unfortunatly had several moths holes. I wrote the company and within an hour they had refunded our account since we had to rush out to get a new pair. I thought their customer service was very responsive

I ordered a costume suit for a party. It arrived quickly but was far bigger than the size and measurements would indicate. I contacted customer service request an exchange and two days later received a response suggesting I take it to a Tailor. I replied that it was far too big and I wanted to exchange it. Two days later I have had no response to my second email and no information on how to return the suit. Apparently their company customer service is non existent. Reading the the other reviews here is eye opening. Please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible. I ordered a tux the total was 210.00. For 2 weeks I got shipping updates and then the day it was to be delivered. It didn't come. Two days later I called FedEx. They said the item was never sent. I did not read the reviews until after my order didn't arrive. Beware they do not answer the phone. After emailing several times someone wrote "I will look into this and get back to you". That person didn't leave their name, title or an apology. When I replied directly back they never responded again. If this happens to you dispute the charge don't wait. I would not recommend using this company. However if your having issues dispute the charge with your credit card company. They got my money back.

Ordered a suit for a Gatsby even we
Ordered a suit for a Gatsby event we were attending. First suit was too small and we did an exchange. Was asked to send suit back and told we needed to order new suit at that time in order to get in time and they would issue credit when they received the other suit. We ordered new suit and waited for credit on returned suit. Never got credit and the exchanged suit was a completely different suit so that needed to be sent back as well. Needless to say 3 suits were charged to my credit card and never got credit for the two that were sent back and one was their error. Two months has passed and now they are asking me for proof that suits were sent back. I’ve already sent them tracking numbers etc and still have not received credit. I also included copies of emails and order numbers in box with return so there was no question what they were for. I would steer clear of this company. The suits we received weren’t even the same suits we ordered online. Can’t contact customer service by telephone

Their customer service is atrocious. We needed this suit for an event, and we ordered it 10 days ahead of time. The suit arrived a day after the event, and we wanted to return it. They very deliberately have been ignoring our e-mails after telling us they could discount it if we keep it. They have now stopped responding and we have no other choice than to file a chargeback. No phone support. Horrible experience.
I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight and they shipped the item two days later. I ended up telling them to forget about it and had fedex ship it right back to them. They don't even have a working number to reach them. Now, I have to fight for a refund. It's so ridiculous.

Ordered 4 items from them. 2 Jackets were different colors and materials than advertised. Vests were too large. Was emailed that I would get a full refund. Shipped all items back unworn in the original packaging. They only gave partial refund and stopped responding to emails.
