I'm just not sold that this isn't just a money grab from desperate people
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

THEY STEAL MONEY
Hello! They are basically scammers :)
They offer you NOTHING at all. I feel like everybody already knows that you CANNOT self-diagnose yourself with a test you did on a random website, so you probably only took this test because you were curious.
Then you search “FREE ADHD TEST” and click the first result because it is FALSELY ADVERTISED AS FREE.
After answering 98 (NINETY EIGHT) questions, they suddenly ask you to pay a small fee. Which OBVIOUSLY looks like a one-time payment because it’s literally 1 euro. Since they advertised it as FREE, you obviously were NOT expecting that!!
They clearly state that this payment starts a 3-day trial and then a subscription, and they even say you can get a refund if you don’t want it. Sounds amazingggggg.
But what they DO NOT MENTION is that you will NOT GET THAT REFUND because of their cutesy little policy that says you cannot get a refund IF YOU USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.
And guess what?
YOU JUST DID. YOU EVEN PAID FOR IT.
Insaneeeely weird. Insanely unethical.
And don’t even bother emailing them, because they made SURE that ALL OF THIS SCAM was “LEGALIZED.”
Easy and fast

Another subscription scam!!!!
Another subscription scam! Why is this allowed??? I don’t trust any outfit that operates under this unethical practice! Make it clear that people are signing up for a recurring payment instead of baiting them. Luckily, I managed to stop further payments, but it’s very annoying that these types of predatory practices are still allowed. I hope you get shut down.

Unethical
Initially I thought they are charging £1.95 to give the test result. (The fact that they hide that you need to pay to get the test results till you finish the test itself is unethical.). After paying it I was surprised to see a charge of £39.95 after a few days. Somewhere at the bottom of the welcome mail, they had this:
=====
Your subscription details:
Your 3-day trial on your account has been charged £1.95. This charge will appear on your bank statement as MENTALABS dot ORG/UK. Your account will be automatically charged a fee of £39.95 (plus applicable taxes) each 30 days, starting from May 4, 2026.
=====
Not making this clear to the customers when they try to pay to get the test results, is highly unethical. Also, the subscription cancellation is not intuitive.
it was made very consturctvily well
