When signing up to any outsourced service, my biggest concerns are always around the continuity of the service between the different personel within the outsourced organisation and then the integration of their service with our own teams. Meraki supplied HR consultancy and support to our organisation for a period of 6 months whilst a new HR Manager was recruited.
