Incredible service everytime. I cannot recommend the team and the techs highly enough. Theyve looked after my cars for many years and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Car always comes back lovely and clean too.

My partner took her car here for a MOT. She’s not the most confident with garages but Mercia really looked after, explained the process clearly and charged a very fair reasonable price. Would recommend highly.

Had an MOT, full service, and new brake pads fitted, all done in time on the day I booked. They came to collect the car and dropped it back off as well.

Excellent service. I had multiple issues with golf, breaks and a misfire. They diagnosed the issues and sorted them quickly. They even cleaned the car inside and out. A great service.

Fantastic Service, every time. So efficient, always kept updated. Always use for repairs and service. Keep it up. Hard to find a garage that gives so much.

Mercia motors were fantastic repairing my car in order to pass its MOT and there staff were extremely helpful and kind to me , they also completed the work within a matter of hours, would highly recommend

I brought a 2015 ford Mondeo estate from this company and I must say it has been a nightmare since ownership never again will I use this company robbing sods just be careful everyone.

I had a dreadful experience with Mercia Motors. They kept finding faults with my vehicle but never fixed them. A leaflet through my door from them recently says "we have a unique way of solving your problem". Their unique way is to charge more and more until the customer walks away without having the fault diagnosed and fixed. Stay away! There are honest garages around but this is not one of them.

Mecia motors Meadowhead Sheffield. Diagnosed my car and gave me price to get it repaired in February and I paid them over £800 and after some days they asked me to come and take my car that they can't fix it.
But my greatest shock is that they refused to give me back my money even a penny they didn't refund.
I still wonder why such thing exists and their manager will be happy if someone did this to his family or friends?
I can never recommend anyone to go there.
I feel like am robbed each time I passed the garage.
Since February i dont know how to sue them but recently am on the process.

What a day it was? My car doors windows stop working I went to Mercia Motors my local garage last minute without appointment before closing time in a busy day they were very friendly considering any very helpful. The electrician was very very nice and professional person they saved my week and a lot of money I can't thank them enough. Thank you Mercia Motors for everything

Once again, excellent service for my MOT and minor service. Also cleaned the car inside and out for £15, which being disabled, I am unable to manage. The quality of service is a credit to all the staff and their pick-up and return is perfect for me. Mick Thomas .

I recently received excellent service from this garage.
After suddenly breaking down, they promptly recovered my vehicle within 15 minutes of me contacting them.
I was due to go on holiday only 2 days later, and they pulled out all the stops to repair and replace the clutch, master slave and a leaking pipe, to get me back on the road in time to make it to the airport the following day for my flight.
Thank you so much to Mercia Motors, I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a four year old motor at the end of JANUARY already have had the Air Con repaired, the RAC warranty of 300 pounds didnt come close to covering the cost so had to pay out, the engine has developed a rattle, the paint has started to rust and Mercia do not want to know kept saying will call me back but nothing. Worst car sales ever do not touch them with a barge pole
