From the “get-go” Mercia Motors have exceeded my expectations. They’ve valeting my car, serviced it to manufactures specification, refurbishing the Alloy wheels and sourced and fitted new tires. I not only found every interaction professional and tailored to my needs but they couldn’t have been anymore helpful in providing solutions.
After having a poor experience with the main dealership I decided to take my business to an independent garage which (thanks to Greg and the team) was a great decision. They operate to a higher standard then the main dealer yet are more competitive with their pricing structure plus they provide a level of customer service that makes you feel valued.

MISOLD CAR AND DECEIVERS
MISOLD CAR. ADAM is a liar and knows nothing about what he is doing. The car was advertised with FULL BMW SERVICE HISTORY but upon contacting BMW myself i was told that the service light has been switched off and service was due in NOVEMBER 2020. ADAM, who knows nothing about anything has continuously lied saying that service was done. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Under consumer protection law i am entitled to a FULL REFUND UPON RETURN OF THE CAR as it has been misold and then i have been lied to. According to ADAM, and the policy, i am liable to pay for mileage to return the car. NO, under the law, you have misold me a car and have been deceiving. ADAM, before claiming to reread the words of your company’s pathetic policy, please read up on the law and customer rights.
