Meridian One-ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS! 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩 The self proclaimed “coaches” have no educational qualifications in coaching or teaching, no Cert IV in training, no life-coaching qualifications, no lifestyle or wellbeing training, are mostly international uni students on minimum wage while the director, reals in $$$ per 15minute session. Mentors have no Working with Children checks, their “coaching” is scripted & beyond basic eg, What were your goals last week? Did you achieve them? What are your goals this week? How are you going to achieve them?
Mentors swap & change regularly & appear to not stay with the company for long. No calls are held throughout weeks of school holidays, even if requested due to ongoing assignments & assessments for year 11 & 12 students. Money for jam for the company & providing no service for 12+wks of the year.
Their refund policy is beyond unethical & does not reflect their sales pitch. Read their T&Cs as it’s not what they promote! Completely bias in favour of the company, extremely unfair & not equitable to well meaning customers trying to help out their kids during these tough economical times & struggles of senior schooling. If you cancel within three months you can only get $1000 of your $3500+ back, beyond that it’s only $500 AND REFUNDS WILL BE HELD BLACKMAIL UNTIL YOU AGREE TO NOT LEAVE ANY FEEDBACK, hence they are withholding my entire payment because I refuse to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement!!! Absolutely astounding!
They “quote” conversations that never happened claiming they have a recording of phone calls, but refuse to provide you with the audio file.
They say they want to work with you to resolve issues, but what they actually mean is manipulate you to sign a NDA while withholding your money. Then they unilaterally send a “mediator” that they are paying for, after you (breaching your right to privacy by sharing personal information without consent) because you wouldn’t accept their blackmail attempts. Doesn’t sound to be “independent non-bias” or “fair” to me 🤷🏼‍♀️
I have been fighting for weeks to get a refund from the director of this company that he is now holding it to ransom unless I sign a NDA. Requesting such an NDA is in breech of Consumer law & The right to freedom of opinion.  Australians are protected under legislation that provides citizens the right to hold opinions without interference and cannot be subject to any exception or restriction. The director thinks he's beyond the legislation. The right to freedom of expression extends to any medium, including written, oral communications, the media, public protest & commercial advertising.
This company state a refund will only be given if parties agree to not leave any negative feedback which is in breech of seven core international human rights treaties. The right to freedom of opinion and expression is contained in articles 19 and 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Consumers have the right to provide truthful feedback & comments without being blackmailed to silence.
A company that practices with integrity would not need to go to extreme measures to silence their customer.
