Shocking disregard for patient dignity and confidentiality

I have visited this pharmacy a couple of times as GP referred due to services they no longer deal with. No discretion or privacy. My consultation was done in the open shop with all other staff and customers listening, and when I had blood pressure, weight checked this was in the open. Another time I rang to speak to the pharmacy about a prescription and had to declare the reason to be told to come in IF I meet criteria - would probably have done this in the open shop. Shocking disregard for patient dignity and confidentiality.

Online scam

Online scam: ordered from their website a month ago. No items received no response via email, allegedly dispatched over 3 weeks ago but royal mail tracking doesn't work. Disappointed to see similar feedback here. Google unverified reviews are very misleading and suggest a great service. I've requested a refund but I'm not optimistic. Will raise a dispute and hopefully others won't make the same mistake.

I placed an order and unfortunately did…

I placed an order and unfortunately did not read the reviews. After several weeks I did not receive the items I ordered and paid for. I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund which have been ignored. I am now taking legal action.

Scamming website - contact Action Fraud if no refund

Update: I have contacted Action Fraud regarding this issue. They’ve asked me to try one final attempt to get my refund. I sent an email to Mohammed - support@
And asked for the refund or Action Fraud would press charges. He answered within 4 hours and refunded me!
Worth trying that if he doesn’t want to refund you. Still upset, some people think they can just easily scams you like that!

I would have liked to give 0 stars. Ordered some face creams on this website, they promise delivery within 4 days it has now been 3 weeks and I haven’t anything. I have emailed them over 5 times. The only answered I got were ‘it will be delivered next week’ without saying ‘Hi’ or anything, very disrepectful. The Royal Mail tracking number weren’t even working. And now after calling them scammers they’ve emailed saying ‘you’ve already been refunded’ which isn’t true. They haven’t even apologies of anything. Also, I just wanted to receive my cream what did you expect? Maybe stop listing products that you don’t have and learn about customer service. Will never order from them again and hope no one will.

I live in America

I live in America, my child has protein intolerance. This was the first time I ordered the Aptamil pepti 2 formula from this online pharmacy. All five 800 g cans of the formula had a swollen top foil. There is no vacuum in the formula jars. they started blaming Aptamil. if they had done better, they would have used better boxes to send the formula, I don’t think this would have happened. they refused to return the money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY!!!

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company, ordered eye drops and dry shampoo. Confirmation email then absolutely nothing! Took the money, no response from customer service. Total joke. DON’T ORDER HERE

nearing expiration date

The medications are nearing their expiration date, so avoid purchasing them. The customer service is inadequate, showing no helpfulness or responsiveness. Additionally, the product box arrived opened and damaged. I would rate it zero stars if possible.

Beware they list products they don't have in stock

Beware they list products they don't actually have in stock.
I was looking for a particular product which was proving a little difficult to find and they listed it as in stock on their website. I ordered some and some extra bits to make the order (and postage charge) worthwhile. When my order arrived it was without the original product I was after.
When I emailed to ask where the missing product was I was told their supplier had let them down. Firstly, I wasn't refunded until I pointed it out to them, so how did it not get spotted before I complained and refunded automatically. If I had been notified, I could have cancelled the full order. Secondly, that excuse confirms that they will list products they don't actually have in stock. With the capability of ecommerce systems today there is no excuse for listing products not in stock.
