Reassurance from survey for rodent issues
I had a basic cctv drains survey due to rodent issues. Communication was good and personable. Andy the technician kept me informed throughout and was genuinely interested in the issues I was having. It was helpful to know there were no cracks in the pipes and to locate the position of hidden drain.

These are great. Got an appointment straight away and the woman in the office was lovely and helpful. The surveyors came on time and are really nice to deal with too. Knew what they were doing and diagnosed the issues straight away. Couldn’t fault them and 100% recommend them to you.

Great service, would recommend Mersey Rod to anyone needing a pre-purchase inspection.
Mersey Rod did a drainage inspection on a property I'm buying. The inspection was booked in quickly and easily. I received the report the next business day following the inspection and I was given the technician's contact details which enabled me to clarify some issues he'd identified directly with him.

Great service friendly and very informative would highky recomend they found out were tge problem was comming from and even took photos of the burst pipe which turned out to be united utilies problen as it was outside our boundry which caused are grud to overflow and get blocked .we now have evidence of this thanka to the photos they provided us with

Called over an outside manhole cover beginning to overflow, from call to problem solved must have been less than 2 hours.
Lad who came out was friendly, helpful and offered advice on how to avoid it happening again without having to spend thousands digging mine and next door’s garden up. Deserves a knighthood.
