Review 2 - Customer Service
In the previous review, Mesaci asked me to talk to customer support, and I did just that. I emailed them and got ridiculous responses. The entire time, a representative named Sarah went back and forth with me over email for over a week. At some point, she admitted that Mesaci does not sell authentic Keffiyehs and that they sell replicas, which is the plastic-printed garbage I received. YES! She acknowledged it and I have it on email. I told her I would like to escalate the matter and speak to her manager, and at that point, she stopped responding to my emails. She proved it: Mesaci is a SCAM.

Not even close to what they show on the photos. Very cheap transparent polyester material, which is not good for any season in the year. Feels so slipery, it will be sliding of you.
The color is not black, not red and colored on one side. Obviously made with a printer not a proper machine. When I placed it on top of another material, it's see through, so I could see everything on the other material underneath.
A scam. This is a shame and I wonder if this is subsidizing a pocket rather than Palestineans
You are asking me for a Reference number and I don't have one.
I put everything in the garbage. It was too much money for the quality but I didn't want you to sell it to someone else, after I returned it.
You have all my information just using my email, name and proof of payment, which you have because I paid with VIS.
You know what everyone is complaining about and you are well aware of the poor quality, in fact disgustin, ugly. A complete lack of respect for a nation that is suffering so much.

Not authentic Keffiyeh. Possible scam.
Not real Keffiyeh. Printed pattern on one side of awful synthetic fabric. They didn't even bother to print both sides, so one is blank. My gut tells me none of my money was donated and has just gone into the wallets of profiteers.

Don’t buy. SCAM. I ordered two and they are not real, they are bad quality and with a printed pattern. I tried to contact them and clicked on their email and got to a completely different company. I just wanted my money to go to a good cause but now I don’t know.

Misleading, made in China, my error
It gets two stars because it was my fault for not thoroughly investigating them and they were very polite if unhelpful.
I tried cancelling this order 36 hours after purchase when I realised a) these are mass produced scarves from China that prolly cost them nothing to make and b) they tried to obscure the above fact by implying slow delivery was due to a backlog of orders. They shipped almost immediately, the time delay is because it’s coming from China not a backlog.
I have to take the hit when it comes to the quality of the item, as they expect you to pay to return the item. Not how refunds work in the EU and I’m pretty sure online shops have to adhere to a similar law. I have people looking into it.
I regret being so quick to buy, but that’s capitalism for you. It still shows support, and if they donate a percentage it’s something, although the whole way this is done is a bit overkill and thus iffy to me.
Before bots get on this to try and label me a bot trying to undermine a business: If you want to help, donate directly to gofundmes and support Herbawi, the last kufiya factory in Palestine who produce hand-woven, high quality kufiyas as they have done for generations. They genuinely have a backlog and can only promise one to each buyer (something that shows their integrity) so, it requires patience but all the money goes directly back into Palestine and a community that need it. No profits. No capitalist agenda. No paying a sweat shop to mass produce a pattern from someone else’s culture. Lesson learned. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

I purchased two keffiyehs. (One red, one black.) What I received are not keffiyehs and they do not match what was in the photos on the website. The entire centre section is filled with CHECKERS. Everything went well
I like many grew worried of the site through all the negative reviews. I can tell that I did receive my products and the size was up to my standards. Which actually was my biggest concern. Although I do know that the product does ship from China so do with that information what you will. I like the scarf material and even if the pattern isn't sewn in. I like that I got information from the company easily. I sent them a message and they responded to my concerns. Overall I am thankful that everything went well with my order.

Low Quality
I ordered two Keffiyeh and I wanted to say that the quality does not meet my expectations because the fabric is not really comfortable and the pattern is only printed on the fabric and therefore only looks good on one of the sides.
I would therefore recommend ordering from another supplier.

So happy with mt purchase
I ordered a keffiyeh and was really excited about it, but shortly after, I saw some people online claiming this company was a scam. I started to get really worried that I had made a mistake. However, my fears were completely unfounded. Not only did I receive my keffiyeh and one FOR FREE, but I also got regular email updates about the progress of my order and the proof of donations to MATW. The keffiyeh itself is stunning and of excellent quality. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I read some negative commnets online about this company, but it turns out those were from people who hadn't actually ordered. I took a chance and actually ordered. I took a chance and ordered a couple of keffiyehs, and I couldn't be happier. They are beautifully made and high quality. I even received an extra one for free! I recommended them to my friends, and they're just as satisfied. Plus, knowing that the Mesaci had just donated $1000 to MATW made me feel even better about my purchase. So glad I didn't listen to the naysayers!
