I have used Sail Brand today for the first time Patrick was the first I spoke to so very pleasant and then I paid a very charming lady then a delivery from a very smiling and smart your man at my door with box of scrummy looking Crab Claws and Salmon so efficient.
Looking forward to my next delivery already

Had a driver cut me up through Halifax roadworks, forcing me to slam on my brakes.
Managed to find the name of the driver, Zac new driver who is a careless driver.
Sailbrand used to be a wonderful company to work for but due to incompetent manegement and careless drivers, the company is going downhill.

You need to rethink who you hire and not get drivers who got they license from a cereal box!

This is not a business review as such more of an employee review. I recently lost all my photography equipment, sailbrand driver Jai Tyas not only found, and kept safe my equipment but found me contacted me and got it all back to me when he was next in my area. My faith in humanity is restored. A true gentleman and a credit to the company. I will be forever grateful.

Great fresh products that are always delivered promptly. They may be a fish supplier, but they sell a large variety of other products. The staff are also super helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to try accommodate your needs. If I could I would award them 10 stars!!

We have used Sailbrand for the over a year now, Sophie who looks after our account is very knowledgeable and honest! Nothing is to much trouble for them, on the very rare occasions mistakes are made, (could be us forgetting to put an order in) they do the best they can to rectify it as soon as possible! The produce is consistently great quality and great value

One of the best fish and seafood suppliers we have used in 30 years of catering. Very fresh fish always at competitive prices and the service we receive from staff like Donna is second to none. She always rings with a smile and goes that extra length to make sure we have what we need. Keep up the great work Donna.

We have been using Sailbrand for over a year now and can honestly say I've never worked with a better company. Their reps are friendly and knowledgeable and they will always put things right if something is (rarely) wrong.
Even the delivery drivers are super friendly and we enjoy seeing them everyday
