I informed Metafy that the coach left for 2 months for his medical concerns and when he comes back after 2 months i asked the coach that i cannot continue and would like to have a refund. The coach stalled me and continued to delay the answer for another 2 months . And then the coach says i cannot refund since you took few classes.

So now 2 months of his medical concern and 2 months of him stalling me in answering my refund request. In total 4 months passed and i got nothing. I told Metafy about it and they didn't help at all. Metafy says since i took few classes i cannot ask for refund it is against the policy.

So in short if the Coach leaves for 2 months in the middle of classes then thats not in breach of the Terms. Also If the coach stalls you in answering you for complete 2 months then thats also not breaching any terms. And you are forced to continue with the same guy who has shown no interest to coaching for 4 months and then since refund is requested he says i will continue to complete the remaining classes to stop the refund.

Please message me on metafy and i can show you all the screenshots and proof of the communication between Metafy and the coach and at the end avail no result.

DO NOT PURCHASE any course until you are sure about it. Because if anytime the coach decides to leave then thats your problem and not his and neither Metafy's . This is according to Metafy's term. Be very careful !

Friday night, I buy a guide, long story short I used the wrong email. Chat with support, give them the situation and information, and they respond immediately and take care of the situation using grace and outstanding customer service that I wish every establishment I ever worked with was like. Not only did they find a solution, but they also did it quickly and helped me out greatly. 10/10 will be a lifelong fan of this site, I recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to be better at whatever game they may be playing!

I’ve used Metafy several times and everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. The booking process is quick and easy, and all my sessions were great. I had one small issue with an order once, but the support team responded within minutes and refunded me right away — super professional. can defo recommend

I registered to redeem a gift card someone had sent me years ago. The link to redeem it was expired but support quickly replied to me and helped me gain access to the credits. I recommend this platform because their support team is very helpful.

i booked a coaching like 2 months ago and asked for a refund cuz the coach wasnt responding. talked to support and two agents told me to contact the coach directly. i told them the coach still wasnt replying and it’s been a week but they wanted me to wait 2 more days!!! i’m giving this 3 stars only bc maki was the only one who agreed to refund me right away and didnt make me wait, but honestly i wanna give this 1 star cause the policy and the whole process suck.

Couldn't work out a proper training session with a coach, so I decided to cancel the it altogether. Coach was a terrible communicator, but Metafy was great. They refunded my money almost instantly and communicated every step of the way. I appreciate the platform!

I've been a coach on the platform for about 5 years now. They have more tools and developed aspects for a coach than anywhere else in the world. They are constantly updating and bringing new powerful tools for me to use. The checkout and scheduling system is why I started using them and now their events, guides and entire system is why im still around. Not to mention that having a 3rd party between a customer makes things much easier if you run across any odd characters. My experience with metafy has been a 10/10, if you are looking for the next coaching platform. I strongly recommend using this one!

My review was taking a bit long since I had gotten a payment from someone I was coaching (to my belief, admittedly I wasn’t paying much attention.) but the moment I had made a discord ticket, Support was quick to answer and take action. I love that it’s your own personalized ticket that they all can respond to. ❤️

I have been Coaching for 5 years, almost 4 on Metafy. Initially I loved the site as it was straight forward and just made sense for both student and coach, but within the last year or so, the site took a turn for the worst imo. Feedback from my students saying that they have no idea how to navigate the site and I can echo that sentiment from my perspective as a coach. The UI is a completely overcomplicated mess.

Today I cancelled my monthly 'PRO' subscription and am done with the site. I am grateful for the opportunity the site initially gave me but I think it has turned into everything bad about coaching, massive mass produced slop offered in 'patreon' style groups to pull in the most money, congrats to the guys doing it making that money farming kids but I don't believe in the predatory nature of the site.

Taking a look at the RL section I can't help but feel the site has lost all integrity by having SpookLuke, a known scam artist who has ran coaching programs before and charged $1000s to students based on their income, on the site. I have coached his 'victims' personally. It's very predatory and at the end of the day I believe in giving my students valuable and unique insight 1 on 1, not mass produced slop aimed at scooping in as many people as possible to make the most money selling free info that you can get on YouTube.

But guess what? He is flying on the site, it's as if it was made for him as it can be structured the same way he has scammed 100s of people before. Now, if your site follows the same structure as a professional scammer and allows them to flourish, you tell me if you think that's a site with integrity, something that you want to invest your money into?

Take your money, and invest it into real authentic testimony backed 1 on 1 coaching with someone who actually cares about your improvement, not just a statistic to help them model their new program.

Hi, I've been a coach on Metafy since 2020/2021.

The reason why I am still on Metafy is for four reasons:

- Availability to earn revenue from coaching sessions, paid guides, events, subscriptions, etc.

- *No fees on my side, a lot smaller fees on the student's side. Let's use Fiverr as an example; my hourly rate is $30. Since Fiverr has 20 % fees on my side, I had to bump my price to $35. I'd get $28 from an hour... but the best part of this is, the student would pay around $42. On Metafy, the student would pay around $32, and I'd get $30.

- Metafy Devs are extremely friendly, open to discuss, and when you report something, it's dealt with quickly

- Professionally looking website for gamers.

Trash, the coach didn't know anything about the game, the staff was rude, the told me to dispute the charge on my account, then my dispute was denied, but I didn't even care about getting my money back. The customer service persons name was Maki

Its really bad. I bought Orant services, 100 houres or more to radiant for 619 dollars. Well worth the money I thought. My current rank was ascendant 3 at the time. After 16 houres, I had a dissagrement with Orvant. Nothing serious. He didnt show up to lessons, and rescheduled around 70-80 % of them. Then I got a notice because I was to late for one lesson that it was a breach of contract. I apologized, and notified him that he alone has done this several times. After that: no contact at all.

Metafy at first responded, and was helpfull. To a point. I got 100 dollars and agreed to keep trying with Orvant. After 3 months he is not responding on sessions, discord or emails at all. I documented this, and reached out to Metafy who are not responding any more.

So stay clear of this site, if you dont want to loose your money that is.

This website is a scam and a waste of time and money. I purchased a session with one of their coaches and selected a date and time for the appointment. When the scheduled time arrived, nothing happened, and I was prompted to reschedule. Each time I attempted to reschedule, the same issue occurred, which eventually led me to request a refund. It was only then that the coach finally reached out to me, explaining that he had been busy. Even if this website is legitimate, the way they conduct business is unacceptable. You can't take people's money and then ignore them until it's convenient for you, especially while giving them false timelines for when the service claims it will be delivered.

Throughout the past year I have purchased 6 gameplay review sessions and 2 hours and 30 minutes of coaching.

I have had some issues where i needed to reach out to support and i was blown away with their professionalism, generosity and just being down to earth.

My only criticism would be that there are currently only two coaches available. And there is a huge quality difference between the two.

With one of them I feel he is trying to do the least as possible while taking as much money from me as possible. And he does not seem that knowledgably about the game either. I sparred him during coaching and he is clearly a top player, but his understanding of the game (or rather his ability to teach deeper concepts) was quite limited and I was disappointed. I thought maybe i was too quick to judge so i gave him another chance by buying a gameplay review, but it resulted in the same experience. He gave me very little feedback and the feedback itself was of poor quality. It's like a newbie teaching another newbie. Terrible experience.

The other coach felt like the opposite and it's the one I am currently using. He can come across a bit arrogant, but for now it is a small price to pay because I am blown away with the level of knowledge he has about the game.

My point with these extremely detailed accounts of coaches, is that there is no guarantee of the quality of coaches you find on Metafy. It's sadly up to luck. They might be really really bad, or really really good.

HORRIBLE COACH I GOT IN THE HISTORY OF COACHING. SO I ORDERED COACHING FOR TEKKEN 7 FROM A GUY CALLED PEPPER BEEF 2 SPICY. HE WAS A JERK FULL OF EGO. I ORDERED 30 SESSIONS FROM HIM. BUT AFTER A FEW SESSIONS HE STOPPED RESPONDING. HE WAS NOT EVEN OFFLINE ON DISCORD. HE WAS NOT ONLY ONLINE BUT PLAYING GAMES BECAUSE HE ENABLED THE GAME NOTIFICATION FEATURE ON HIS DISCORD. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND METAFY BECAUSE THEIR COACHES ARE JERKS. ALSO, THEY HAVE BANNED METAFY ACCESS IN INDIA. THIS IS PURE RACISM ON THEIR PART. HOWEVER, I HAVE CHECKED THROUGH PROXY THAT THE SAME COACH IS STILL PROVIDING COACHING SERVICES.

Apart from the coaching for 1 hour being super expensive, the coaching I got was horrible. The coach was rude and didn't do as the coaching session had said/offered. I then said hi in the support chat, Jesse said "Hi how can we help you?" and it's been 2 days this person has not responded at all! They're going to say some bs like "its been too long now you cant receive a refund" but yeah obviously because you took so bloody long to respond!

I wish I could give a zero. A total scam. They sell coaching sessions with people that appear to have no idea they are even listed on the site. We signed up for a coaching session with a Pokémon trainer. Paid $60 for the session. After attempts to arrange the session the “coach” never responded. No response from company. After complaining they eventually offered to refund the session credit so I could start over with someone else who wouldn’t respond. After requesting my money back they then said it had been too long and I couldn’t get a refund back. Next time I’ll just contact person directly via Twitter. Working through the company seemed safer but I was obviously wrong about that.
