BEWARE: Company is a disgusting money grabber that steals your money. If you want to cancel your subscription they just prolong it for a year and you get charged without a second thought, losing hundreds of dollars.

I started getting billed without my awareness and before I realized it had gone in for 11 months. I reached out to customer service and after explaining and giving the necessary info I got refunded all of the charges. Very quick responses and complete clarity. I have complete faith in this company.

wanted refund, but got store credits... used wecoach.gg instead

Hired a coach. Coach constantly would reschedule, be late, or forget about my sessions. Contacted customer service for a full refund with screenshot proof; denied refund. Unbelievable.

I booked a 130 USD/h session out of impulse then instantly regret (not because of the coach, it was just too expensive and I shouldn't have done that). I contacted support istantly and explain them the situation and even if they owed me nothing (as it was my fault) THEY ACTUALLY REFUND ME BACK ON PAYPAL (even tho they generally only give you credits). I was so flabbergasted that I wrote them again to thank them and tell them I was gonna review them positively here and they were so happy they gave me a 30% coupon in case I'd come back.
My heart clenched. I'll definitely buy again, maybe not 130USD/h but definitely will. HONEST AND EFFICIENT.

I did some research into Metafy and saw that they have Akariss as a coach for Fire Emblem Heroes. This is a person that is infamous in the Fire Emblem Heroes community for being elitist and bigoted to begin with.

On his profile he claims to have have "Perfect Arena Crown and Aether Raids Gold Thrones" as an achievement, putting aside how this "achievement" says more about how long someone has been playing and how much effort someone went through to try and que late in order to dodge better players in the mobile game that has no real glory or monetary prizes, Akariss has lost an arena crown several months ago and yet still claims to have a perfect record on both his Twitch channel and his Metafy page.

His other achievement listed is "Top 50 2022", which is misleading at best and straight up a complete lie at worst. This top 50 does not specify which game mode or what part of the game it applies to, and there is no yearly competition in FEH anyways. Almost all rankings in the game are weekly rankings in fact.

I do not know what Metafy is like with other coaches and other games, but based on my own experience with the one game I looked into. I think Metafy's screening process must be atrociously bad if this guy is allowed through.

I booked a coaching and they didn't respond for 3 bookings messaged the coach no response. Asked for my money back still haven't gotten a refund

Amazing platform whose team stays very engaged with its customer base: always improvements to the site, deals often, interface is pretty user friendly— almost always a smooth experience on metafy. When it’s not, the support team gets back to you in minutes and is always pretty receptive in terms of working out a solution.

In terms of actual coaching I’ve yet to have a bad experience no matter who I’ve booked a lesson or replay review with whether it’s m2k, dabuz, esam or rivers3k. They’re all super knowledgeable and being a unique perspective to the table of what you can improve and how best to go about doing it.

Ive been having coaching sessions with Rivers for a month or so now and its helped me drastically improve my gameplay

I have worked with Rivers, Dabuz, Goblin, and many other coaches for a very long time now through Metafy.gg, and I have to say that the experience has always been amazing.

Metafy itself is a very well put together website that allows people to get coaching for many different Esports. I primarily use it for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to book lessons with some of the best minds in the game.

I highly recommend anyone seeking coaching check out Metafy and it's amazing coaches such as Rivers, Dabuz, and Goblin.

Metafy is a really good platform. I got coaching from Rivers3k and it was worth every cent. He’s a great coach and knows a lot about the game but doesn’t act like teaching players below his level is a waste of time. Good Guy and definitely worth it.

Rivers3k taught me so much about my character that I never saw before or would look into and he's really helped me see places I can improve and habits I can kick. I am already planning on getting more lessons from him through Metafy

I have been using Metafy for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate lessons for a while now. All I can say is Metafy is the best platform out there for e-gaming lessons/coaching sessions. The 1-on-1 sessions have truly helped me evolve as a player and improve my skillset thanks to amazing coaches like Rivers, DKwill and Izaw. Those guys are truly world class in their knowledge and experience and they always go above and beyond for their students so shoutouts to them! The cool thing about meaty is that they are constantly having promotions/discounts so it's really worth it to stock up on lessons when those become available. And lastly, I also want to recognize the Metafy support team. Those guys are absolutely the best. Not only do they respond as quickly as possible whether it's through their website or discord but they always resolve any problem/concern you may have!

I've used Metafy for Super Smash Bros. coaching, and the service is phenomenal. Metafy's one-on-one sessions are what it is known for, but to me, the replay reviews are where Metafy truly shines. If you are lucky enough to have a recording of your gameplay (whether it be on a stream or you just recorded your games yourself), you can submit a replay to a coach to review on Metafy with a large number of amazing tools coupled with incredible insight from your coach.

My coach, Rivers3k, is especially helpful to my improvement at Super Smash Bros; I would strongly recommend his coaching. He is able to provide extremely insightful help to players of all skill levels, including people brand new to the game and people with years of experience in high-level smash.

I’ve really enjoyed my time on metafy, primarily due to how great my smash coach, rivers, is. He really does an excellent job when it comes to breaking things down into easy to understand pieces and giving you applicable advice. I also enjoy how James has so many options when it comes to coaching, with vod review, practice sessions and first to 10s. Have never been in a situation where he hasn’t been able to give helpful advice on whatever questions I have him. I highly recommend all smash players to check him out, his prices are quite affordable for the quality you receive.

Playing a game where I want to get better and good at it, it offers so many coaches and possibilites, all with different approaches. One that stood out to me is Rivers for Smash Bros, offers many different types of coaching for a low price, it's great value !

Extremely good site, getting better every time.
I've had a lot of sessions of coaching wirh Rivers3K and by far the best coaching I've gotten in my life.
Also I've gotten pretty good discounts and lil stuff for free so pretty good overall.
Some bugs here and there but as soon as they get founs they try patching and making the experience even better

I've been using Metafy as student for a while now and it's just phenomenal. Booking a lesson is as streamlined as it could be with just looking at the coach's schedule and picking a slot that works for you and if there's ever a scheduling issue rescheduling is just a button click away. The coaches themselves are all super smart and willing to work with people of all skill levels. Without Rivers and his knowledge I wouldn't be anywhere close to the skill I am now. The support team is also incredibly quick.

Incredibly genuine experience here as a coach as well as a consumer! Staff is very attentive and friendly - while also being very generous if anything goes wrong. Quality work, alongside quality workers. Constant promotions, social media presence, interactions, and quality work.
