Updated platform after 6 month has stopped me accessing The ‘lifetime access’ which I paid for. They do not respond to email, so I would say method makia has proven to be a scam. Do not subscribe!

I love the program, the sequence of the movement is well examined. The dynamic stretch after each exercise is very helpful. I like the warm ups and the shoulder rehabilation exercises.

I paid the course

I paid the course, got access after writing e-mails and facebook messages and comments on the facebook page.
They they decided to update the platform, I had to login again. I was amazed to find out that there was no longer any account with my e-mail even though I keep receiving e-mails from them.
I keep writing them e-mails, messages on facebook, posting on their facebook page about me not being able to access the platform . . . after 3 weeks, I still got no answer . The method and information however seem to be ok (if you can access them ) .

A great app! Simple to use. Great progressions. Body feels great whenever I follow the method regularly.

Excellent program!

This program is allowing me to finally work toward gymnastics moves that I’ve always watered to master because the progressions are gradual and reasonable. It also allows for me to fit in workouts between appointments in a very busy schedule because of the pre-hab and HIIT options. I’m finally getter my the capabilities I’ve always wanted.

Thanks!

Great

The workouts are simply great, on your progression level, with tons of mobility, I really love it!

But I admit, there are many things that could be improved.

Thanks!

Absolutely great workouts! Only minus is there's sometimes some info that you must search for or try yourself to get the hang of how to use- but thats a very small minus that they clearly are working on.. will be perfection! Very happy customer

Good and diverse workouts

Good and diverse workouts that make training fun. Good videos that help to get the technique right.
It would be nice to get some sort of tips in some moves because some times it's been difficult to move from one level to the next and it's not a strength thing but a technique thing.

Well laid out instructions and …

Well laid out instructions and comprehensive progressions. Only thing I'm missing is some sort of an exercise library for the movements and skills. This would be convienient for those of us who want to plan their own training and/or have other preferences regarding training splits and/or other sports and activities in weekly schedule. The possibilty to browse the exercises would make planning other training modalities so much easier. But, like said at the beginning, extremely pleased with the content and progressions otherwise 👍

Good workout combined with mobility

I like most of the exercises, and that you can evaluate how the workout turned out for you that day. Good that there are both the HIIT exercides and the bodyweight workouts. But the best is the mobility training during the breaks between sets. This way you really get some mobility training, otherwise it's always left til the end of the workout and to time shortage.
I've had a break for a while, because suddenly there was so much headstands in my workouts and I got a 2-day-migraine everytime. There is no way to change the workout plans if there is some exercise that doesn't suit you, or is there?
