Solid time. Could improve the formatting for better modification of the plan. I was expecting it to be a little more apparent to modifications and yearly care details. I would give 5 star if I didn't have to clear around to find that information - but it is still simple for a goofy dog mom like me.

Long time client
I have had MetLife pet insurance for years now. They are excellent! Their process is easy, they remit reimbursement quickly and have a great dispute process. Also they are one of the few companies that will allow three dogs in one policy. I have had a wonderful experience with them.

GREAT PHONE CS PEOPLE ARE INFORMED PATIENT AND HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND IMPROVING INFO SHARING BY PLACING ALL INFO ON ONE TABLE FOR CUSTOMER REVIEW MEANING DOCS CLAIM INFO REIMB INFO CLAIM # AND TITLE AS TO PET NAME AND TREATMENT OVERVIEW ETC. YOU ALREADY PROVIDE THIS INFO BUT IT COULD BE PRESENTED IN A MORE ORGANIZED MANNER. HOWEVER GOOD ON YA FOR UPGRADING YOUR INFO ON ALL CLAIMS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. ALSO IF YOU ARE GOING TO RAISE RATES 30% YOU NEED TO ADD SOME PERKS OTHER THAN OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT. THATSALOTSA MONEY TO HIT PET OWNERS WITH SO OFFER SOMETHING LIKE CONTINUING CLIENT DISCOUNT ETC NOT JUST AN OPPORTUNITY TO PAY A YEAR IN ADVANCE TO AVOID PAYING FEES FOR PAYING MONTHLY THE LATTER OF WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN SOME STATES AND CERTAINLY AN OBNOXIOUS MANNER IN WHICH TO GET ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM CUSTOMERS.
