Simple process for submitting vet bill reimbursement, just upload a receipt and pets medical report from the vet. Takes a few minutes. Reimbursement turnaround time is usually within a week.

While I appreciate that I eventually got the refund that I requested, it took too much back and forth. They didn’t even notify me that they denied a huge chunk of the claim, they just ignored the paperwork. I had to resubmit multiple times, call and email.
