To be reimbursed takes a little too long. The last reimbursement two weeks went by, so my husband called and the said they never received it. My husband didn’t do anything different submitting the bill from all the other times. So he had to submit it again. It seems when we have a much larger bill, it takes a lot longer to be reimbursed.
Our monthly payment for pet insurance is always paid on time.

My MetLife Pet Insurance app would not…
My MetLife Pet Insurance app would not let me in to enter a claim. When I contacted the company they verified that I had an account but could not figure out why I couldn't get into the app. They did however give me the email that allowed me to make the claim. I still want to be able to use the app -- it's much easier.

One thing I didn't like, you can't find any plan information online. You have to call to get information.
