I bought a couple artificial palms. What I got looks nothing like the pictures. They look cheaper than the ones from the Dollar Store. I paid $20 each. Never buy stuff from these guys. Plus it took a month to ship from Finland.

This company is a joke. I ordered ferns 2 months ago and they keep coming up with excuses where it is. Gave me a fake site stating that it was delivered. Then asked me to ask all my neighbors and then bother the post office. I wish I would have read these reviews first. Don't order from them!!!

The fern that I paid almost $30 for is an absolute piece of GARBAGE. The shipping took 3 weeks. I guess I'm just going to eat the cost since I would have to pay for return shipping. The video and the pictures are extremely deceiving!

Don’t fall for videos of ferns! Can’t believe I purchased. Waited a month for delivery and refund policy states.. no refunds after 30 days of purchase. Looks nothing like videos. Received 2 small sticks with leaves glued together. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!!!

Shipping advertised was false - it took over a month to arrive by boat! And what arrived was a few plastic leaves glued to a stick.

Ordered Ferns that smelt like they were burnt. They were far from looking real as they described and was WAY overpriced for what they were. This was the second time of buying from Facebook ad and second time getting Letterly burnt! Never again from Facebook ads!

What a joke. Product that I paid $85.00 for was worth at least $8.50. It gives this big advertisement of ferns that are really pretty. What I got was a couple of plastic twigs disguised as a fern. Save your money and go to hobby lobby or Michael’s and get a better quality for less. Lesson learned. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. At least I can tell others about your poor quality products and keep you from scamming some people

Ordered Boston Ferns that looked thick and pretty. 2+ months later I finally received the scrawniest, poorest looking things for $19.99 each. I could have bought higher quality silk ferns at a Dollar Store for $4.99. Their refund policy is 30 days after purchase date so not eligible for refund. Major scam outfit.

Scam! Fraud! Name is similar to one that advertises flowers on The Knot! Do not use Metropolitak.com.

Overcharged my card. Arrived in 8 weeks, plastic sticks!!!

I never have recieved my order. All I get is a "sorry for the inconveniece".

Zero if possible!!! Still waiting nearly a month!!! Request to refund and cancel the.order no response!! Losers!!!

I ordered weeks ago and still have not received my order. Emails them are worthless. A very bad company to order from. BEWARE!!!!!
