It´s a pity

The design of the clothes are really stunning anda have a good price. The problem is the continous problems with the stock that not reveals in the own web.

You make a purchase and when you realise that the order has not arrived and you contact customer service, they tell you that there is no stock.

In my opinion, the stock on the website should be updated. If not, they should be the ones to contact you.

It is a pity.

Loving Meyba

First of all i love the clothes and the styling. I think Meyba is doing great things. When receiving the clothes i love the packaging and the presentation. And obviously the quality and looks really fit and match the expectations.

Refund? No email, no communication

Ordered item, did not fit sent back to advised location which was signed for. Told by customer service that they have not recieved item.
Sent proof of return nobody is replying to email

Disappointing

My first order with Meyba and I've been really excited since they made a comeback so the level of service has been quite a let down.
Ordered 5 items.
Later received emails for 4 items out of stock. Only one of which I have been refunded for.
Asked for an explanation and still waiting after 36 hours. Currently £30 down.

the socks are very good

the socks are very good, comfortable and because they make us return to the essence of Barcelona team.
The only negative was the DHL transport service, as I already sent in an email, you should talk to them.

Delivery of the item took longer than…

Delivery of the item took longer than expected, DHL kept trying to deliver the order at times i wasn't in and there was no option to set a specific time for delivery. when the items arrived i found that the training jacket has a small tear in the lettering on the back. its small but considering its brand new i was abit disappointed.

I can honestly say Meyba's customer service is up there as the best I have experienced. They don't always back to me straight away but they are always finding solutions no matter how big or small. Your customer service team is a credit to your company. Keep it up! :)
