I had all the non-delivery, no communication problems covered here. In the end, I wrote a letter (yes, in an envelope with a stamp) addressed to Mr M R Ivory, MD of Meyer, at the address given here, outlining all my communications with the Company and their non-response. Within two weeks I had an apology, a partial refund and the pans I had paid for four months previously. All Directors of UK-registered companies can be found on the Companies House website - and there are others listed for Meyer. Writing may help to resolve your problem - and may just open their eyes to how poor their customer service really is.

I ordered Joe Wicks cookware from them at the beginning of December 2020. I have not received these. Despite many emails mostly I get back is ‘they are very busy and will get to my complaint as soon as possible’ I have had a couple saying they can’t find my order even when I have sent them the email confirmation. They could take up to a month to respond to any reply I sent. I have now got my money back through a request to my credit card provider. The Meyer Group have still not responded to my request for a refund as or addressed any of my complaint as yet. (March 2021)

I ordered a wok online from the Meyer Group on 21 February and it hasn't arrived. I have sent four emails and had no replies, left a message and had no reply. When I phone, all day today, I am cut off. I tried the head office and am immediately cut off. Does anyone know how I can get my money returned? I will never order from this company again. I only gave them one star because that was the lowest it would go.

Have raised two tickets for a faulty pan, left messages and tried to call customer services. No reply as yet and it has been over a month.
Lots of poor feedback from other customers and social media sites...

Absolutely atrocious service and when you complain, don't expect your complaint to be dealt with!! The product is substandard and overpriced.
Been waiting for 10 weeks now just get "please be patient" message - i'm sorry this is just how to run a company irrelevent to the pandemic / Brexit ...probably one of the worst customer experience I have EVER had. I notice that I'm not alone!
If i could put NEGAITIVE stars I would!!

Complete and utter shambles of a company!
Order and paid for some expensive pans on the 5th of January, nothing received as of 3rd of March. Complained via their contact page, had two messages, one to say they are dealing with a volume of queries, another to say my items are out of stock. I’ve requested a refund, over 1 week ago, nothing! Delivery was indicated as 2 days on their website.
I have a full set of their pans, but I will never spend a single penny with them again. Anyone would accept a few weeks under the current circumstances, but not 8.

Emailed them on 19th December 2020 as handle came off one of my saucepans. Despite chasing them up several times they still have not responded to me as at 23rd February 2021. Based on my experience I would strongly suggest that you look at alternative companies if you are looking to buy any products as the customer service is non existent and the quality of the products are not robust.

Service? What service?
Applied for replacement pans back in November. No response for months apart from the occasional "we're aware of your concern" etc, but nothing further.
Eventually managed to raise another case via Livechat. Eventually they promised to send me the replacements. This was in March Jan, I could expect delivery beginning of Feb. This date came and went, nothing. Chased again via email - nothing and am still waiting.
In other words, currently two cases open and receiving nothing. No updates and no replacement pans. Currently 3 months since orginally raised.

Like previous reviewers I only received half my order - one of two Prestige baking sheets. What I call customer service didn't exist. Two months of emailing saw no response, until in frustration I suggested they had broken their contract by taking my money and failing to provide the goods. About a week later I received an email (hallelujah!) informing me the second baking sheet was on its way. Not worth the emotional turmoil and time wasted in efforts to get a response, so I will be avoiding the Meyer Group brands in future

Terrible, I fear I won’t ever get my money back.
Been trying to sort this out for weeks and have now been sent 2 damaged items plus someone else’s pressure cooker lid. I’m happy to return it all, but can’t get them to send me postage labels. Managed to get through to customer service on the phone twice. No one there bothers with email.

I so wish I’d read the reviews before I had ordered!! Ordered two cake tins and only one has arrived despite the order note saying, “quantity ordered 2” and “quantity shipped 2”? I think I’ve been hung out to dry on this, I should have known the cake tins at £8 each were too good to be true....£20 for one instead! This better produce some tasty bloody cakes !!!

Actually very disappointed that you even have to give this company a single star in order to complete a review. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in a very long time.
I ordered some Analon saucepans via their website. They debited my money immediately and sent an e-mail a few days later to say they were being despatched and I would receive details from their courier company. Then nothing. 2 weeks later I e-mail them asking where they are, then nothing. I follow up with a number of e-mails and the only response I received was that they were extremely busy and had a backlog. I finally called and got through, spent half an hour of my time to get the response that they cannot process a refund with a manager approval, and the manager (the only manager it seems) was on leave. The customer service team are seemingly left to their own devices today without supervision.
I still have no idea if they will refund my money. I love the product, but now absolutely cannot recommend anyone ever does business with them directly. If you are desperate for their saucepans, I'd recommend ordering through a reputable department store instead. I wish I had done that myself.....

Customer service is non-existent. If you can find the product you want elsewhere, 100% buy from elsewhere.

Dreadful service. Raised an issue 5/11/20 through, Meyer support including photos, I have received no response, I have phoned themno answer, but charged for call. Still have a problem with my purchase and don’t know what to do about it? No customer service at all.

Purchased some pans 29th December and haven’t heard a thing since. I have sent 8 emails, tweeted and sent a message via Facebook. No response to any and no telephone number to call so have now asked PayPal to help. I have never dealt with such an awful company.
Update: today I got my money back 41 days after I made the purchase. PayPal has upheld my case but literally 1 minute before receiving the PayPal email, I received an email from Meyer advising they would refund and apologised for the delay. I feel without PayPal I wouldn’t of received a refund. I have also contacted trading standards.

I have twice given an honest but negative review online and on both occasions the review was rejected. Customer service and communication were hopeless, emails were left unanswered. Finally it was not until I got PayPal to intervene that I got a refund.

Product quality and customer service had been appalling. Received email prompting me to write a review for their website. I did so. Then they rejected and failed to publish it. Said it did not meet their terms and conditions. Read their terms and this is not true. Their conditions do allow them to reject reviews for any reason however. Seems they reject negative ones. Feel duped by believing content on their website, including reviews, when I made the purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews about Meyer Group on Trustpilot before I placed my order. If I had, I certainly wouldn't have ordered from them and saved myself from the frustration they have caused. I ordered a Circulon 5 piece bakeware set and despite them taking payment for it, they haven't bothered to ship it. They are not responding to any of my emails. I will have to initiate legal proceedings against them.
Update 08/01/2021 - The set has finally arrived! I am pleased with the quality (so far). However, I will never order anything from this group again. I have never known a company to spend so much effort and time in Customer Service Avoidance. Astonishing!

After a horrific customer experience (that I wrote of on here, and reported to trading standards), I was invited (automated) to write a review directly. Today I received an email from this company stating that the review did not meet website guidelines and won’t be published. This is dishonourable that a company cherry picks reviews to make it look better, so for transparency, here was my review ...
Ordered pans, money taken from me. Contacted Meyer after a couple of weeks to say out of stock. Requested refund, no response. Took action via my bank. Reported to trading standards. Fraudulent company, taking money against orders they can’t fulfil
