I have been scammed
I have been scammed. Paid money and didn't receive the item. Do not respond on e-mails. Mg shops located in France. Please be careful . Few options it's to sue them or flow with negative comments.

No delivery an no refund after ordering item in stock that they actually don't have
I ordered an item in stock. They tell me that they finaly don't have it in stock but can send another item. They finally don't send that one either and when I contact them to cancel and refund the order they tell me that they cannot. So they effectively stole my money by taking the payment but not sending any item and refusing to cancel order.

Update to my review on 19th September
I still have not received my item (ordered in July 2023), the company has provided no tracking information. They replied to my previous review to say:
"Good afternoon, if you have had any problem with your order received, please contact the customer service team through the contact form on the website, all the information is available on the website. Greetings."
I had already contacted their customer service team through the contact form on their website a number of times, and my issue is still not resolved. Their response is a complete lie as they do not actually provide help through their customer service team. They just try to make it seem as though the customer hasn't done their part.
It is now 1st December 2023, I have still not received my goods, they have not provided any tracking information, and have not issued a refund. They seem to be able to take your money, but not provide the goods or services that they claim they will.
I will never purchase through this seller again.

do not trust this, its a SCAM
this shop sent me horrible air force 1. They unglued in a week and i was very dissapointed in the loss of money that i spent. It is prefered to buy original shoes form nike.com or zalando. Please take this as an advice because i don't wan any other people to fall for this trap.
