I recently visited the branch and was assisted by Vicky, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Vicky was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. Her knowledge, efficiency, and friendly approach were truly outstanding.

We were looked after by a lady (Jen Z ) she was very helpful and polite. Her advice was very good and she explained everything very well. We were able to sort out our requirements to our complete satisfaction and the advice and explanation helped us to decide on our best course of action.

A very good experience. I was provided with all the information I required. All staff were very helpful, particularly Claire Reedman who was the person who advised me.

I could'nt get into the branch to open a couple accounts.
Being aged and a bit slow these days it took a while to get it sorted on line but with the patient helpful assistance of the MHBS staff, particularly Rachael, today, all was resolved. Thank you very much.

Rang up with a log on issue and found there were other issues with my account. However everything was sorted in 10 mins. The lady was ever so helpful, could not ask for more. Well done.

Great personal helpful service as I had a few things I wanted moving around, so I told the cashier Jen Zemlia and she sorted it all out for me. Best service of any bank or building society I've ever used and that applies to all the staff there.
