Placed an order for an "Open Box" Honor Magic V2 on Aug 9th . In an email I was told it was just the wrong colour sent to a customer and so it was basically brand new.

Overall I'm happy enough with everything for the most part, I just have a few gripes about the whole experience.

First, is the shipping time frame. The site is a bit misleading. The site mentions the order would be dispatched in a few days, and the estimated delivery date was roughly the end of the following week which wasn't the case. I payed via CC and I do understand there seemed to be a bit of a delay before the payment was processed, but I just received my phone on the 26th. It was longer than I estimated, but so be it. It's not the end of the world .

Second, when opening the box for the first time and after cleaning the fingerprints and small bits of debris off the main display, the device does seem to be in pristine condition. It's not the nicest unboxing ! But I'm guessing it was being tested before being resold. I will say, the screen protectors used on foldable phones do pick up micro scratches quite easily , and the the condition of even just the screen protectors was promising . Dirty, but I do believe their claim to being a basically mint condition device.

The next point - The charger included is not North American compatible - which is fine I guess - but.... for some odd reason the brick was damaged. I don't understand why you would include a broken brick . I am in the middle of emailing them right now about it, so I'll see how it's being resolved. But honestly, that's not why I bought the phone . If they can do something about it, awesome ! If not , it's not the end of the world - but it just kind of adds on to the whole experience.

Last of all ! Communication with them is very slow. It is what it is. But if you think you've included everything you needed in a email and wait 24-48hrs and THEY ask a question about something you've included THATS a whole other 24 hr delay in correspondence.. if not longer. You have to be patient I suppose !

Overall. Meh experience. BUT you are buying something with an honest description... which is all you can ask for.

I would buy from them again at the right price !

*** I switched it back to a 3 due to them promising to send another charger and nothing has happened since then. Makes me kind of worried if I ever need to warranty the actual device.

Easy to purchase with accurate delivery schedule and payment options. A credible source that I will include in my shopping list.

DHL did not request a signature when they were supposed too.

Purchased a new Xiaomi 13T from this company last November. About a month ago began experiencing persistent freezing issues on the Home Screen. Contacted Mi4 service and was told someone would follow up within 24 hours. This never happened. After sending four follow up emails and voice mails I posted my first negative review. Shortly after that I received an email from a Manager named Dave. He promised to send me a new phone within a week to 10 days if I deleted my review. I reluctantly agreed, After 10 days no phone so I sent another email to Dave. He promised to send me a tracking number within 24 hours. That never happened. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no new phone. Very disappointed with this company. Buyer beware!

Ordered an Honor magic 6 pro from these guys and am VERY satified. Be aware that they don't send you a notification... it's one through PayPal saying you've made a payment to Seven Oceans limited. Then I got a notification from DHL saying it was going to be delivered the following month! Actually contacted Mi4 about it and they said: "Hi, we will check with DHL,
Our sincere appologies,
this is ridiculous; if it will take 3 weeks to deliver, why do we pay so much money?" and then I received my phone about a week later! AWESOME!

At first I didn't believe that it is going to be accurate and fast. Then I was amazed by the speed and service fulfilled completely. I can only say thank you and you have all my recommendations.

I purchased the Xiaomi 13t Pro Green color on May 1st which was a Wednesday and got on a week later the 8th.
On the 3rd of May, I wrote them an email, I was getting stressed because I didn't get the tracking number (which they say it takes 2-3 days to get it plus NGL the site looks sketchy as hell lol)...
I got a reply on Sunday the 5th, it turned out my order wasn't shipped because the color was out of stock, so they proposed the blue one and as soon as I accepted it, it took litteraly 3 days to receive the phone, their service is amazing but the site makes me question if it's legit or not (that's why I put 4 stars).
Otherwise 5 stars 100000% recommend!!!

I purchased a Xiaomi 13 phone from this company in March 2023. The phone was shipped to me remarkably quickly.
In February 2024, due to my fault, my phone suffered water damage due to prolonged submersion beyond its IP67 waterproof rating spec. Xiaomi does not have an official presence in Canada, and I wanted to have the the phone repaired by an official Xiaomi service center. I contacted support, they replied within their stated response time. They offered to act on my behalf to make arrangements to have my phone repaired.
I consider this to be outstanding service, and this company will be at the top of my list when it comes time to buy another device. Wish I could give them 10 stars!
