I ordered a phone yesterday, and they are shipping the phone from China not within Canada. They also entered my shipping information wrong with the DHL carrier. I don't even know if I'm going to receive the phone because of their mistake, I have contacted them and haven't heard anything yet.

I was actually very skeptical to use this site but I checked trustpilot before my purchase. Turns out, these guys are very good! I love my new Xperia 1 IV. Communication, price, and shipping speed was excellent. One thing I wish is I wish I ordered closer to Black Friday to get the discount ):

I didn't have any choice since it's so hard to find gaming phones in my area, so I went ahead and ordered mine on Oct 13 and got my phone on Oct 24 via DHL and in good condition. I definitely recommend these guys, especially if your looking for one of those rare gaming phones.

Hi guys so I had to recently cancel my order from Pda plaza because of their fake claims and excuses waited over a month and didn't get my device. When I searched online and came across MI4Canda I went straight for the reviews and decided to order from them instead and I'm glad to say that after waiting for about 6 days including two days off for the weekend I finally got my Mi 11 Ultra and I'm extremely satisfied with the shipping speeds and response time it shipped straight from Hong Kong.
Customer service provided me with a tracking number so I could track it and it sure was exactly what was mentioned ok their website I really recommend them and will be buying in future from the as well

Excellent service, if you have any questions do not hesitate to use the chat. The phone arrived very quickly, well packaged and sealed. Do not have any doubt that the service and the products have a good quality. It's normal view comments about damaged like in any other store (not my case) it does not mean that it is to be distrusted because exist any other clients like me without problems. 5 stars everything was very fast and enjoyed your chat support.

I bought 2 of their Poco phones for my wife and I. I had done a lot of research and had heard good things. Well fast forward to having the phones and my wife's phone has never worked well. It constantly loses service, or says sim card cannot be read. This is extremely dangerous as we travel a lot for work, and rely on our phones for emergencies and to communicate back and forth.
We bought these phone on November 28, 2021. I recently messaged to see if we could get a replacement phone, since clearly it is a glitch with her phone since mine works fine. Well their response was that they only offer a 6 month warranty - convenient since we are at 7 months. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to purchase a phone through.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A52s. Was skeptical at first with this webiste as I have never heard of them before but because it's Canadian based, I gave it a shot. Was able to get my phone quick, 3 days shipping. No import fees or anything. Since my device was an international version, it came with a travel adapter. Unfortunately, they did send mme the wrong color and memory. I ordered a blue variant with 8GB RAM. I got the black device with 6GB RAM. After chatting online and emailing their customer service, was able to get a refund for the difference. Since the phone performed well, I kept it. They turned a negative to a positive so I will order from them again.

I ordered my Poco Fe here and it arrived in about 3 days.

Mi4Canada is a Great Canadian mobile phone online seller! I bought an Asus ROG Phone 5s. Sales Representative did a perfect assistance throughout my experience with them. He guided me since preordering my phone's version, when I received my phone, and upto the point where I seek help to do an RMA of the phone (Asus Issue). Friendly team. Email reply is fast. Shipping is also fast. They also sell phones which are not available in local stores, and can only be found from Asia. Great Deal! Will See you again next time for new purchase. S+

I was wary of using a company with a name that I wasn't familiar with but everything went perfectly. I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro and was expecting it 7 days after ordering, as per shipment information, but it arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. I'm very happy with my new phone and I'll come back to Mi4Canada for my future devices.

The price was good. I received my phone within three days. Everything went smoothly.

The website implied that the product would ship from Canada. It shipped from Hong Kong but that didn't seem to matter. It was delivered quickly and without fuss.

The charger in the box is not for North America, but MI4 did include an adapter in the package free of charge.

Ordered my Poco F3 last week and it arrived in 3-4 days from Hong Kong!

Phone is in brand new in Great Condition! Wonderful experience as of now! Will update the review from time to time.

I rarely buy things online, and was a bit nervous to buy my new phone from a company I'd never heard of before. The experience with Mi4Canada was excellent! The tracking allowed me to follow where my purchase was every step of way. My new phone arrived quickly (less than 1 week) - in fact a day earlier than expected. I love that Mi4Canada has a 6 month guarantee instead of 1 month like the other company I was considering buying from. I can recommend this company.
