Feels like they’re trying to scam me and get away with my money. I don’t not recommend buying anything here.

The package was marked as delivered, but never arrived. I had to buy a replacement at my own expense, as it was meant to be a gift. The refund process is still ongoing after weeks, and now delivery staff are being sent to my home, trying to pressure me into signing documents.
This is absolutely not how service should treat its customers.
I would not recommend shopping here to anyone at all. Extremely disappointing experience.

100% authentic and real!

I was devastated when I lost my favorite pair of Prada frames. I looked everywhere and found Mia Burton, an authorized Prada reseller. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but once my glasses arrived, they were perfect with all authentication marks and signs. I was so happy to have my frames back. Highly Recommend!

Product is great if prepared to wait.

Product is great when it eventually arrived. I ordered the glasses on 13 April, with an estimated delivery date of 24-29 April. This is quite a slow delivery time, but willing to accept based on price. Notification of a delay to delivery arrived on 23rd with no new estimate. They arrived on the 6th May. It took 23 days.

Very pleased with my new sunglasses. Although the despatch time was a little slow (2 weeks), the delivery time was amazingly fast, sunglasses turned up 2 days later to England! Happy customer.

This company is a complete joke

This company is a complete joke. The glasses looked decent in the photos, but what I received was flimsy, low-quality junk that felt like it would snap in a week. The prescription was slightly off, and the frames were crooked right out of the box. For what I paid, I expected at least basic quality control—apparently, that's too much to ask.

And don’t bother trying to get help. There’s no real customer service—just an AI chatbot that repeats the same copy-pasted nonsense no matter what you ask. It’s like talking to a wall.

This company clearly cuts corners at every level—from materials to service. Save yourself the frustration and buy from literally anywhere else.

Month Later: No Glasses, No Refund, Ignoring Emails - Avoid!

I am incredibly frustrated to be writing a second review. It's been over a month since I placed order #744002485724 for glasses, and they still haven't even been dispatched! I was given false hope over a week ago with an email promising next-day dispatch and a tracking number that never came. Now, I'm over £200 out of pocket and can't even get a response to my emails. This feels like a complete scam. Please do not trust the positive reviews – order at your own risk. I am reporting this to the appropriate consumer protection agency.

Terrible Experience – Still No Glasses, No Refund, and No Real Support

I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses with custom lenses from Mia Burton on April 3rd, 2025, at a cost of $611.50 CAD. The item was shipped on April 16th, and I tracked the parcel until it stopped updating at the FedEx Memphis Hub on April 22nd.

After contacting FedEx, I was first told the package was missing, then later that it had been damaged. FedEx informed me that there was nothing they could do on my end and that only the sender (Mia Burton) could file a claim.

Since then, I have been in contact with Mia Burton multiple times, and all I’ve received are vague reassurances that they are “waiting for answers from FedEx.” It has now been nearly a month, and I am still without my glasses — which I urgently need — and out over $600.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have received no resolution, no update, and no accountability. I am demanding a full refund immediately.

I am hoping that this comment will make the company take action and finally issue my refund. Enough is enough.

I would recommend avoiding this company

Very disappointed with the service I have received.

I placed an order on 13th April for frames only (no lenses). I received an email on 25th April to state there will be a delay with my order, due to this I responded the same day to state that I would like to cancel my order.

Their cancellation policy on the website states that orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, which was the case here.

On 28th April I was told because the order was in 'processing' they could not cancel the order, I pointed out their own cancellation policy and requested again for it to be cancelled and a refund issued. (it had been in 'processing' since 20th April according to an email I received) This request was also ignored as they responded claiming it had now been shipped (5 hours after I sent the second request to cancel).

Although, they have informed me I can return the frames for a refund, yet there would now be a lengthy delay as I still need to wait for delivery, return postage time and then return processing; which if it is as slow as the dispatch time could be many weeks.

All this time they have my monies in their bank, it feels like a company making money from holding on to yours for as long as possible.

I would recommend avoiding this company.

your customer service responses became unresponsive.

It's super sad that scam companies like this exist. I believed the good comments and although I'm very careful about avoiding fraud, this time I'm afraid I fell for it.
