Delivery was long and the quality of the clothing was subpar, especially for the price. Looks much better in the pictures on their website. The one faux leather top absolutely stunk of rubber and did not fit as advertised.
I rated them a three rather than two only because their customer service was good and did respond to my request for return….but the cost to ship everything back to China was an exorbitant amount… Like $200. The order cost me around $400, however, the return address was not clear and Canada Post advised I’d be better to take the discount offered by MIA Montreal because the return may not get to where it needs to go. MIA Montreal gave me a 25% discount and I kept the clothing. Will donate most of it if not all.

I ordered for the first time and the sizing was too big, so I needed to return. This process is usually so painful and complicated with on-line orders. My experience with Mia Montreal was phenomenal! Easy, fast, simple, friendly, outstanding! Hannah is likely the X-Factor, and overall great brand, great quality, exceptional after sales client service! Highly recommend and support them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
