Definitely misleading that this company is out of California. It is in Asia. I agree with all the previous reviews… You cannot return they are telling you the cost is exorbitant and only offering a 20% refund.
Terrible quality. Despite speaking as if they’re based in CA, it’s really based in China. Refusing my return saying “it’s expensive”. Completely false advertising,
Zero stars should be the rating of this piece of crap company! They take pleasure in robbing women. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Their return policy is complete lies. Stay far far away!!!!
HI, the products online did not match the quality of product that was delivered. The sizing was not accurate. When I attempted to return the items, which they advertised as 90 day money back guarantee, they sent an email with a different policy. This new policy stated my options to be any of the following:
- They would send a replacement in the right size for free, I would have to cover the $19.95 shipping fee.
-They are willing to offer a 20% refund and I can keep the items.
-And lastly, "you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend that you send the return with Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. The costs for return shipping to Asia start at a minimum of $50.
In addition, there is a high chance that your parcel will be held by customs and additional charges will be incurred before your order can reach our warehouse in Asia. However, we are not responsible for these costs."
