Confusing and expensive when you only…
Confusing and expensive when you only Need to replace the pump. Apparently you can’t just buy the single pump, you have to buy the whole kit. It was not possible for me to return the wrong purchase, I had to buy the kit on top for 21 euros.

Well worth the money
Cats immediately took a liking to this water fountain and drink out of it regularly. It's simple to clean, but because of the weight, I only wash once a week alongside fresh water bowls daily. It stays considerably cleaner than my previous plastic fountain and not having to buy filters is a massive plus. Highly recommend getting the motion sensor as it is pretty loud to have running all the time. My only issue was I found it difficult to put together initially, as there was variation between all the available instructions. Gutted the UK website has disappeared since I ordered, in case I need replacement parts later.

It was good until it wasn't
It was good until it wasn't. The pump gave out after a few years, and I made every effort to buy a replacement one from their site, but they were never in stock. They replied to my email and said that they still ship them to the US and asked me to just watch for them to be in stock again. When it FINALLY was in stock after a year of waiting, I purchased one. But they ended up refunding me because they were actually out of stock. So I am left with a paperweight.
Edit: Regarding the response "Please know that we’re actively working on improving our stock and logistics to better serve our customers, including those in the US", too little too late. I've been trying to get a replacement pump for the better part of one year.

Water fountain is wellworth it's price!
The communication flow was very good...delivery was on schedule. The fountain was packaged extremely well, ensuring the ultimate safety from breakage during delivery.
The setting instructions were mediocre. The videos could be better, and a written instruction would be optimal. Also, it was tough freeing the pieces out of the Styrofoam packing...I had to actually cut through the styrofoam! There was also no mention of cleaning the parts before using them.
My cat tried drinking from the water fountain quite quickly but has only lapped up water from the main tank, and has not yet explored the flowing water towers. Tipps for inspiring cats to drink from the fountain would be very helpful. I love this fountain. Only issue is its large size. It doesn't fit into my kitchen, which is small, so I've had to put it into a quiet spot in the living room, far from the drinking location my cat's used to. I hope she figures it out soon, being that it's a rather hot summer. Lastly, we find the flowing water sound quite calming. The fountain looks great, the ceramic material helps keep the water clean and fresh. A lot of mo ey perhaps but I've saved on having to buy filters for a much less attractive fountain. I fund this to be the best and healthiest alternative to a small bowl of water, especially for the warm weather months and through the dry winter months.

Cats are creatures of habit and therefore having a fountain could be a big change.
For some cats, it may take several weeks for a cat to fully enjoy a new drinking experience. If your cat still has access to other water points during this time, the process may take longer.
Try using the fountain without activating the pump. Also remove other drinking bowls.
Once your cat has adjusted to drinking from the fountain, you can then switch on the pump.
We hope that your cats will soon enjoy the fountain fully.
