Best bargain fallout vault suit.
I purchased a vault suit from them for under $87 bucks and it's incredibly well-made and it was generous sizing as well. The shipping took awhile, but that's to be expected whenever ordering overseas. Definitely worth it in my opinion
No bad experience
Ordered a lot and only one time my order did not arrive, and no proof of the order on my account. By accident i deleted the mail with the confirmation of the order, so the only proof i had was a picture from the bank transfer. Even with only that information and the limited knowledge of english the managed to find the order and still ship it. It took a couple of mails but got a response every day and they where really trying to help. The costumes are really good quality, only the props are not that great, but what do you expect for those cheap prices.
Sometimes you have to be patience it can take a while before the order get shipped (the site gives a good indication for when it will be shipped)

They have messed the shipping address up and not really helping out about the order, have requested a refund but they just fob you off, have had to go through bank to get a chargeback. Beware before you buy. Wish we had read reviews before purchasing.
No Information Provided When the Costume was Sold Out
We placed an order, as we were committed a ship date (2 days ofter placing the order) and a delivery date range. 6 days after we placed our order, which was also 4 days after the committed ship date, we contacted Miccostumes. At that point we were told that the costume was sold out.
My concern isn't the sold out costume, that happens. It's the complete lack of communication. They didn't tell me the costume was sold out upon ordering, or when the committed ship date had passed. It wasn't until I contacted them that they informed me. I probably would've just been waiting.
They need to improve their communication, and reach out directly to the customer if there's an issue. That way we can make an informed decision about whether to keep the order with them or go elsewhere.
Now I'm crossing my fingers that I get my refund...

We ordered a costume for my daughter but it never arrived. It has now been over 2 weeks and they are asking us to deal with the delivery company which is impossible to get hold of. We asked them to send us another costume and they had the audacity to ask us to pay for shipping. So who's going to refund for the one we haven't received. Avoid this company at all cost
This Company Doesn't Care About You
I can't even begin to express how disappointed I am with this company. My daughter and I ordered a costume and wig with $28 express shipping for an event she's been looking forward to. The wig arrived within a few days, and then...nothing. No costume to be found. I emailed support several times and called repeatedly. Nothing. This company is a scam that not only takes people's money but spoils plans and apparently doesn't care.
They used to be fine
As they have said here, I had ordered before and everything was excellent. Now they are asking me to send them a picture of my card and ID to make sure it’s not stolen. It’s not normal to ask for this kind of stuff. Miccostume is going downhill. Not buying from them again. They said they will cancel my order because I refuse to give them impossible photos (My card doesn’t even have numbers or my name engraved). How can anyone but from a page were they ask you for pictures of your ID and credit card???
Update: they sent me my cosplay after I sent them my deposit voucher. I still don’t understand why would they ask for so much information after the payment was made. Received my cosplay and it was good, but the experience was bad.
Slow shipping
I ordered a cosplay back in May and paid for express shipping expecting it to arrive by June 28. Needless to say, I still haven’t received it and the email they sent to me makes it sound like it wasn’t in stock. So now I am waiting for them to make the cosplay and process it still. No refund for the express shipping. I don’t mind waiting longer as my event was cancelled, but I do mind having to pay for the shipping… They should at least provide a warning for less popular cosplays that they might take longer to make and ship. The only thing I can give them credit for is responding to my email within a few days.
Their App is Broken!
I used the miccostumes app to purchase two clothing items, the payment went through successfully as it said on my bank account "pending" and the amount of money $165AUD ($109USD) was removed from said account.
The app said it is unpaid, and has a timer. I contacted support and asked if everything was ok, they said it was just pending, I don't need to worry.
The timer runs out, and my order vanishes from the app. I contacted support again, and they told me my card declined, showing me one successful charge, and two declined charges. Why on earth were there TWO more charges for the same order ? Why did it try to charge me three times ? Why are they not acknowledging the charge that was successful ? I've contacted my bank to see if they can help me out at all as the support even sent me proof of the transaction being made three times, first of which is successful, and the other two declined. But they're not acknowledging my order or the fact I even sent them proof of my transaction. I know so many other people who purchased from them. So why on earth have they messed me around and attempted to charge me so many times ?
Update : I got my refund after fighting for my life with the worst customer service I have ever experienced, but still 0 acknowledgement or apologies of what I went through to get it.
My cosplay arrived very quickly
My cosplay arrived very quickly and it's really good quality, my only issue is that the costume has text on the back but it's cracked very easily and I've only tried it on, so be careful if your costume has writing on it (for reference it's a narciso anasui cosplay from jjba)

I've been ordering from MicCostumes for a couple years now. The quality of the costumes is nice however, their shipping and customer service has gone very much down hill. I ordered in Feburary and still have yet to receive my 200.00 order. I've messaged them about this and all they can say is it's been shipped. Not a damn thing about how can we make this right. My order was supposed to be delivered no later than mid April. It didn't even ship until the end of April and I had pestered them a bunch of times. Definitely do not recommend.
Update: My package was finally delivered on the 16th
Terrible customer service 0 stars in all honesty
I purchased 2 cosplays from this company and when they arrived, one was damaged where the button came off the cosplay and I could not attach the rest of the garments to that cosplay and the other cosplay fit okay but the issue is, is that the shoulder straps were way too long and were never adjusted to fit correctly. The shoulder straps are beyond the appropriate length and even with the adjustable straps, they are extremely loose and cannot be worn. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would only cover 7 dollars and that because the shoulder straps were way longer than they were supposed to be, I was told by customer service that I’m “not suitable for the costume”. They also told me that I would have to pay for my own shipping if I wanted a refund? Why do I need to pay for my own shipping to fix the lack of effort you guys put into your own products?

Bought 2 cosplays from this company in the same size. The cosplays are the same model but different colors. I tried the first one on and a piece fell right off. The outfit itself did fit but the pieces to the cosplay just fell off because of the way it was sewn on. Mind you I wasn't even pull at anything just wearing the cosplay as anyone would. The second cosplay I tried on and the straps were unusually long? And for something that is the same model and same size. It should've fit the same as the first cosplay I tried. I tried to get a refund because the first cosplay was poorly constructed and fell apart and the second cosplay has longer straps. Customer service said they could only cover $7, and if we wanted to do a return we'd have to pay for the shipping label. Why am I the one paying for the return when the company messed up the construction? In addition to that the customer service rep said it was my fault that the cosplay didn't fit...like no it was your company's fault in making such a poorly constructed garment. I've never dealt with such a rude and terrible customer service. I hope this company goes under because this is ridiculous! You'd think for a cosplay company that is rather successful they'd have good customer service but they don't! If I could give a 0 out of 5 rating I would.
not "plus size inclusive"
I ordered a Nezuko cosplay a few years back, it came in too small for my size that I ordered (I am plus sized). The wig was good quality but overall the costume was just not suitable for me.
Pay to fix the company’s mistake
I recently ordered a costume from them and it arrived in the wrong size, after grilling me for five days about the costume they finally agreed to let me return it for the correct size, catch is i would have to pay for it to be returned and for the new one to be shipped. After complaining about it magically they can just send me a new one.
Unorganized business- possible scam
I placed an order beginning of December. They texted me asking if the card holder verified the purchase I said yes it’s already taken out of my account. I get a text a month later saying my order has been cancelled due to no reply? This business is a scam. Complete BS.

This company got my
address wrong twice lucky the person wasn't home to be delivered this time round they had the wrong address i got contacted to confirm my address because the one that they had was a completely different address in my suburb I did receive it is good quality just need to work on delivery that's all.
They sent me scraps of material??
Spent £50 on 3 lingerie outfits. It took 4 days just for them to put the shipping label on?? When it finally arrived the first one was literal scraps of material to tie on and didn't even resemble to pictures on the website. The 2nd was okay but was really hard to get on as it was tying loads of bits of string. It also came with nipple covers which were actually just heart shaped bits of really thin paper. I haven't even tried the last one on yet because I spent so much money on these and am not spending more just to send them back.
