Excellent customer care

I recently had to contact MICE Concierge regarding a booking I had made. I spoke to Ilaria on reception and she had excellent customer service skills. She was polite and courteous and pointed me in the right direction to get my issue resolved. I also had contact with Terrie who dealt with my query quickly and also followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received the updated information. An excellent company and I cannot praise them enough.

What an excellent team to deal with

What an excellent team to deal with. I had already made a reservation for the show we were attending through MICE Concierge Ltd. I then had to make changes and stay in another hotel. All cancellations and bookings were handled for me within minutes. I have used there service for two years now and would do so again. Thanks

Mice Concierge first class service

The whole process with MICE Concierge Ltd was very efficient and professional and my hotel room was booked within minutes! Having used this service for a couple of years running now, I can highly recommend them. Thank you Terri.

It was the 1st time that I had used…

It was the 1st time that I had used MICE Concierge, and what a WOW experience! Ilaria could not do enough for me, she was a great listener, delivered everything very quickly for me, and confirmed everything back on email within minutes. Then another most appreciated & unexpected email arrived, with a map and the walk route from my Birmingham City Centre hotel to the ICC. JUST FABULOUS, thank you so much Ilaria.

We like their style!

We have used Mice Concierge now for several years and we have been very happy since we changed. We aren't their biggest customers but they treat us as if we are.

If you are looking for a great partner/provider for a prestigious event you should speak to Mice Concierge.

The team at MICE are fantastic.

Avoid this company

They didn't send a booking confirmation following an email conversation with them. I therefore did not think my booking had been made so later made a booking directly myself.
I subsequently got a credit card charge on my card for non attendance for the booking Mice did not send me confirmation of.
I provided email evidence that i received no confirmation of the booking yet they are unwilling to assist me with their error.
I am therefore out of pocket having to pay accommodation charges twice for the same event.
I would never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied and feel that we have made an error when processing your booking.

Having investigated this matter, we can see that we verbally confirmed your booking request on 26 September 2017 (as you indicated) and, as promised during that conversation, we sent you your email confirmation. We can see the email address was correct and the time stamp of the system generated confirmation as being 09.09 on the 26th September.

We pride ourselves on our service levels, using the same process to manage thousands of bookings and, whilst we are always reviewing these any possible areas of improvement, we are satisfied that our processes were correctly followed in this instance and that is why the hotel have implemented their no show charges in line with their terms and conditions.
