I have been scammed for almost $1000 by this store! They promise commission to fill fake orders to increase their popularity. They ask you fill "lucky packages" sometimes with your own money and in return you get high paid commission! Problem is they trap you with a must complete 38 tasks (which they don't tell you about at the start) and you can't get your money back until 38 tasks are complete! I spent almost $1000 and could not complete my 38 tasks before running out of money and being told the pay another $1600 or I get nothing back!
Don't be fooled it has been devastating to my family.

Hi I warn anyone looking to earn extra money to stay away from Micolet. It is a huge scam. I believe I have been scammed by a person who was supposed to be teacher to train me to become an agent. With this I was supposed to complete 38 tasks then when money goes into a negative amount I then need to top up that amount up with my own money to finish completing the tasks otherwise you cannot go on and finish this specific task. They took my money. Yes I do also believe this is a big scam to watch out for. All I wanted to do is earn some extra money and instead lost my money. These people are criminals and need to be stopped. Please do not believe what they say. Please keep your hard earned money for something geniune and real.

I sold basically 11 items, nice products that had some value and a few brands, and I earned 4 euros. Consider well what you want to trade because the profit is really minimal. If you plan to throw them away, then sell them through Micolet. Suppose you want to sell them to make some profit, much better to use other websites.

I'm exhausted. I sent over 20 emails over 20 days to all MIcolet help emails in Spain, the UK, Poland, and the US. I never received a reply. My order hasn't arrived; the tracking shows it is forever stuck in Spain.

I ordered a pair of men shoes on the 25th of May to be delivered 2 to 5days .
Now we are 5th of June and still haven't received it. No email , No text message .this is not ecceptable.

I have always had good experiences with Micolet, sustainable cheap clothes in good state. On my latest purchase, 3/3 bought items were broken, had stains and had missing buttons. The customer service keeps on sending me email templates that are not answering my query. I hope you never have to use their customer service!

Be careful when selling your clothes. Sent over 70 itens and the simply say that over 20 items were not in the right condition to be sold (how was it possible that I did not see any issues when packing???). The worst is, they don't justify, they don't send pictures and keep the items unless you pay almost 10€ to have them. I don't trust them at all.

I made an order and everything was fine. I also sent them so clothes they are are put on sale and everything was arranged super well. When the items were sold, I received a notification about it and money was transferred to the NGO of my choice. Overall very happy with the website and the idea!

Terrible experience, I received wrong items. When questioning that the only answer received was that it was too late for returns. No answers to further emails.

Received clothing covered in soap. Several items and their packaging were sticky and/or still wet with detergent (which smelled terrible) - how does that even happen? The box itself was completely fine, so it couldn't have been the shipping company.

Actually an awful experience. Their website had problems with PayPal and in the end, my order didn't go through. I spent so much time searching for items, and ordering them and in the end, all I got was my money back and all-time wasted. Not my items. I didn't want money, I wanted my order. If I would order items for more money, I think they would try to handle the problem, but for my order- easier just to return the money. Client service- no help. Just polite phrases. I am sure they were not sorry. I don't need polite phrases. The website at all has problems- sometimes extremely slow, then my items just get lost from the cart, then my order doesn't go through.

From what I understood the sites function was, you send your clothes in, the company sends you a certain amount of money for them and they resell the clothes themselves. If you are not happy with the amount they offer you, you can either get your clothes back or donate them. I WAITED about 3 weeks for an email of their evaluation and then I saw they started selling my clothes without confirming I wanted to sell them or not. If you want your clothes back you have to PAY THEM to send them back PLUS a shipping fee. Absolutely ridiculous.
ALSO.
They claimed that certain clothes were damaged and weren’t able to upload to the website meanwhile all the clothes I sent were unused with TAGS or worn once.

Delivery and communications always worked fine for mel, but there are also things to be aware: quality control fails and several items are sold in poor condition, torn, dirty, damaged, photos may not be good, sizes incorrect, buttons missing, etc. The company lets you return failty items, but its a waist of time because there are always failty items. When you returned a faulty item, it would go back to sale again. On my last return, 1 item "disappeared" and the company said "if it was not credited, it wasnt in the box. Fine, not a client anymore. Also sent some items for sale and some got refused but appeared later on the site again, without being associated with my account. You cant prove it, so keep than in mind when doing business with them.

I just got my delivery and the quality is amazing, it came in under two days as well. Very very impressed! I live in Barcelona so maybe it's what made it quick, either way I'm very happy indeed!

Disregard all the negative reviews on here: I being a loyal customer for over 3 years. Live, swear by this site since. Patatam closed their UK store.
I’ve always had deliveries within 6days or 10max.
I am always selective with my purchases. So clearly if you don’t have a style board or certain colour scheme you wear. Then you will not be looking for the right bargains. (My opinion)

I’m thankful that it’s not paying for it and having each item delivered separately different times. Like some of these rip off sites from China etc.
NO! it’s all delivered at the same time. All in clear secure bags.

Micolet thinks about Authenticity with brands/Material that lasts and Quality secondhand clothes.
I don’t hate it!

If you’re not a bargain shopper and don’t mind doing charity shopping etc. This is your shop! They have really good designer stuff too and I cannot justify enough how much you save.

You’re not getting ripped off at all.
If you haven’t realised yet, that when your basket is sitting.
It’s timed because lots of people use this site.
Lots of people are watching to snatch those bargains.
Your desired outfits in your basket are like limited closets for you. That if your inner shopaholic doesn’t speak to you. “ BUY NOW!..BUY now!”

Then what’s stopping you! Go Shop now! Don’t lose out on these bargains because some have become a really great buy and joined my closet like it’s a “Welcome home!”

I’m 1% of the reviews on here and I swear my heart is full with love with this site.
These purchases are now mine and it’s really highlights my personality and that’s what we want in a shop. Something that’s US! Something that represents our true beautiful selves.

Delivery took 2 weeks to uk but in a pandemic thats expected the price is excellent i got 10 pairs of jeans for 38 quid! All good brands zara topshop etc I will definitely be ordering again thankyou micolet for my lovely jeans will be telling family and friends to order too xx

Ordered on Wednesday and received my order on friday! So, big plus for delivery! Also clothes are in very good conditions! Sure I'll give them a good wash but apart from the reviews I've read here, everything is clean, no stains and fully functional. I would wish that they give on the website some more specific details about the material, where the clothes are made and better pictures. That would be a big improvement on the whole User Experience! Also a bit a shame that inside the plastic bag where it was delivered from, every single item was again wrapped in a plastic bag seperately - this takes a bit the whole sustainable, concious experience vibe!
