So, it did take just over 3 weeks for me to receive my parcel, customer service were polite and got back to me to let me know that there was a delay but I would of liked to have known why. They use Hermes which is unreliable no matter what company uses it, I suppose, and I can't be harsh on them during a pandemic. I'm giving them 5 stars because I loved my items, barring a pair of jeans, although I wouldn't have bought them anyway if I looked harder at the photo (the black items are hard to see, can this be improved please?), besides that I got another pair of jeans, a coat, shorts and a scarf, all of which were surprisingly perfect for me, and it cost £37 altogether. As the website advertises, they all looked almost new barring the black jeans I didn't like which were quite faded (they were only £4 anyway, will be going to the charity shop). I will definitely be shopping here again, but I won't expect to get my items in the advertised 5 day period. This is the first website I've seen sell second hand clothes for a reasonable price, which is great for cutting down on the harmful effects of fast fashion, so thank you for that, although can we please not package each item in plastic?

After being told I would receive my item inside 5 working days, 18 days later, I'm still waiting. The parcel hasn't even arrived in the UK (from Spain) Communication from Customer Support has been prompt but the excuses are multifarious and they won't even acknowledge my right to a refund. This is the 2nd of 3 purchases I've made through Micolet. The first parcel 'went missing' after the courier attempted to deliver it to the wrong address. Just hard work all round and not worth the trouble.

Brought some clothing from here and when it eventually arrived 5 out of the 6 items absolutely stunk like damp and had dirty staines all over them.
I sent the clothes back weeks ago and am still waiting on refunds. I am emailing everyday trying yo get my money back.
I will never buy again from here.

Was a bit apprehensive about buying clothes from Micolet after reading some of the reviews but thought I'd take a risk and buy a few clothes as they seemed so cheap and found some really nice clothes I wanted to buy on their website. The clothes arrived quickly and are exactly what I wanted, and ordered.I am very happy with my purchases and especially for the price I paid for good quality items. The only downside is their website, as it is quite difficult to search through thousands of clothes without many filters you can apply and also in some of the pictures you can't really tell what the clothes look like properly. Would suggest they have a better description of the item,maybe what material,colour ect.Overall tho I would definitely recommend Micolet for buying second hand clothes.

I have ordered twice and made allowances for the cheap clothes however both boxes were very shabby packed and the clothes smelt .I had to bin most of them

I wish i did some research of this company before spent my money..
I ordered large size shorts. When i received it, turned out, it was 12-13 years old girl size.
There was no picture of the sizing when i ordered, it was just stated, "women, large".
I sent it back, requesting the postage fee (both direction =£10). Took them 1 month to deal with my refund. I called them numerous times meanwhile, after 4 attempts at different days finally someone answered. She said, the products are coming from Spain, hence the postage takes so long..
Today finally the refund landed at mine but they refused to pay back the £10 postage fee.

Omg, the worst online shopping ever! Avoid! I just received parcel almost all clothes have stains, little tearings of material, hanging spreads. I wouldnt give these clothes even for charity. I wont return them, they actually want you to pay for return and u even dont know if there will be refund. Pointless. Aware of micolet.

Been waiting for a month for delivery, when it said it would take 3 days. Portuguese customer service says they can't know what is going on in Spain, but you SHOULD, it's the SAME COMPANY

I used to love this site. I mean I LOVED IT. I had it bookmarked on my laptop. The clothes can be as cheap as 80p. But now I can't use it. The shipping has gone from £1 to £4 to £6 and I cannot justify it anymore. In my last order the sum of my clothes came to the same as my shipping; 4 items at 6 pounds is good, for shipping not so much. The website itself isn't good, there is no way to organise by price which is ridiculous as people are there for deals. The white background and descriptions are very disruptive. I ordered a shirt that looked great even when zooming in and the description mentioned nothing wrong. When it came the strap was so worn it would snap if I put it on. So disappointing.
