Microland hires top talent from established companies in the pretext of longer stable job but allocates projects with 1 month duration and throw them on bench and later terminate in 5 days. A person with stable job comes to microland for few penny increment and later terminated in a span of 1-3 months as the project is over. This org is scam. Don't join. Ask for project tenure before joining in paper. Get an assurance. Their project will cease within a month.

I have been trying for 2 months to access Citrix for a job. The system is incredibly complex, the support service supplied by Microland. com is poor to say the least. It is clear that when they recruit sipport staff they look only at paper qualifications, what they do not look at is communication skills. The individual I dealt with had English so poor that I could not understand him. I withdrew from the job. Poor show Microland HQ in S. Carolina. Avoid.
