Bed was delivered on time contact was received before delivery by driver two very nice young men even took the bed to my bedroom upstairs and the headboard was very heavy they both shook my hand as they left I would highly recommend this company.

We ordered a small double bed wished we hadn’t
After unwrapping we counted 11 faults
This ranged from blue stains on headboard from protectors, nails all sticking up on the base hadn’t been finished properly, black marks on base and side of bed.
Piece of wood had bit missing, didn’t bolt together correctly. The base was really dirty and the fabric didn’t match on the base units.
Also the velvet was very cheap and nasty.
You really don’t expect this on a new bed.
We went to another company paid a little more but the quality and workmanship is at another level.
So pleased with our new bed after all the stress of Midas.
They were good at refunding and Harris was so helpful letting us keep the Midas bed until our new one arrived.

Nightmare
Purchased a single devan Bed turned up damaged and I felt I had order a headboard that did not turn up spoke to the team to sort the issue which was difficult to speak to someone at first once I did it was confirmed it was just a bed explained and sent them pictures of damadge 2 weeks later new bed was with me the delivery was ok but collection of old bed was a disaster they told me between 2-5 and turned up at 1.30 made me feel like I was in the wrong for not being home my partner pulled in to our estate just before 2 with them driving off she called them were disgruntled but come back to collect

Nice and comfortable bed
I bought a bed for the guest room and couldn't be happier. It looks great and feels sturdy and the mattress is much nicer than I expected! Guests have already commented on how comfortable it is.

Smashed on delivery no return of emails AVOID!!…
The bed arrived during the delivery window, great I thought that’s perfect what a wonderful decision I made to trust my business to Midas beds! No!! This is where it began to fall apart the beds were assembled as per the contract having paid for this service. I went into the bedroom to see that one half my super king ottoman bed was in two pieces completely smashed! The person that delivered it said I’ve taken photos I’ll probably get the blame for this! You’ll have to email them and sort it out! So I have now sent numerous emails without response! So looks like I’ve been scammed by this company! I am incredibly disappointed as I was more than willing to discuss the issue before leaving a review but as they don’t seem to be willing to return my email here we are!

Delivery excellent, quality very good for price, printed assembly instructions could be better with ottoman bed concerning gas struts orientation, online instruction is different to how bed is supplied but online is correct. Otherwise very pleased with purchase.
