The worst place in Copenhagen - got an filler infection and they refused to give me the money back. Do not go there!

Hi Marija

Thank you for reaching out about your concerns. We understand you're upset and want to address your experience with us thoroughly.
When you first came in for your consultation, we made sure to give you detailed information about the non-permanent filler treatment, including possible risks like infection. We believe in transparency and want our clients to be well-informed before any procedure. We appreciate that you agreed to the treatment knowing these risks.
After your subsequent treatments, we were disappointed to hear about the infection you experienced in only one area. As soon as we found out, we took quick action to handle it. You received careful monitoring and follow-up care from our specialist, who used conservative treatment methods that worked well. We also offered to refer you to a respected plastic surgeon for further treatment, covered by your insurance, although we understand you chose not to pursue this option.
It's important to understand that while we do everything possible to reduce risks, infections can unfortunately happen with any medical procedure.
We want you to know that your safety and well-being are always our top priorities, and we took your situation very seriously.
As for your request for reimbursement, we understand your expectations, but we want to clarify that our decision not to reimburse you for the filler treatment and antibiotic costs follows standard industry practices. As we mentioned during your consultation, infections are a known risk of this type of treatment and don't necessarily mean the procedure was done incorrectly. However, we're here to continue supporting you and providing assistance as needed.
