We spent a small fortune having underfloor heating installed downstairs in my home 7 weeks ago, but due to how poor Midland Flooring's communication and after care is (it's tempting to give a blow by blow account, there are a lot of specifics that could be shared here, but the review would become an unreadable length), this is still not connected to my boiler or functioning. The installation of the manifold is such that no plumber wishes to touch it (we've consulted with at least 10! I've had one quote of £750 for the job, but I am now being ghosted by them). I have gone back to MF, but they have their money now so that's all that matters.

I feel like I've been scammed - it's going to be cold here over Christmas and there's no end to the problem in sight. We specifically chose these guys because they do the installation as well as supply the equipment, but the survey was so ineffectual and they don't plumb the system in, so at this point I have no idea why I've paid double the cost of the other quote I got.

I didn't want to leave a star it's about road rage. One of the vans overtaking me on a country road and reckless driving and trying to intimate me has I'm a woman driver on my own in a car giving me the finger etc.... in harpenden I've reported it to the police. Just out of order and rude.

Have used this company on numerous occasions. Always good service at competitive prices.

I was carrying out a garden room project that required a concrete floor and contacted midland flooring. I spoke with a guy called steve who was very knowledgable and helpful. After explaining a little more about my project he advised me that i would benefit from a liquid screed slab instead of concrete and to use insulation under the slab. I agreed for them to carry the work out after he sent a couple of his lads out to measure up and quote, again they was verry polite and helpful. They have done an amazing job, and never created any mess at all. 5 star company and i will definitely use them again.

We have used Midland Flooring on several occasions for our projects and always found them to competitive and trustworthy. They are easily approachable and always willing to help solve any issues, before the project starts and also if any issues arise during they always come up with a solution to remove the headaches

Panned finished service yard near Coleshill rather than traditional brush finish allowing larger bays. I was a bit dubious at first but works really well. Thanks guys great job. Will use again on next project.

The technical problem solving expertise they bought to projects / tenders allowed us to progress in a manner that bought benefits to the Projects in hand. The tender price was clear and included sundrie items that others would remain silent on.
On site work were undertaken with safety, quality and program at the forefront of the onsite supervisor and operatives .
Steven as always remained in touch throughout tenders and onsite work and provided open and honest responses

Excellent, and great customer service! Really happy with the floor and the work that was carried out. They advised me on the best piping and the mess was barely minimum. Very clean and tidy workers. If I needed my floors doing again I’d definitely 100% recommend these guys.
