Really good service

Really good service, most competitive quote I received for a Worcester Bosch boiler, fitted quickly, within days of accepting quote. No issues with the boiler since fitting (only been a month). Installer (Lloyd) was polite courteous and efficient. Willing to answer all my questions and tidied up after himself +took old boiler away.
I also took them up on there service offer which seems great value for money.

These guys did a great job at a great…

These guys did a great job at a great price. I wanted a new boiler install in one day for my elderly parents. They put two guys on the job and got it sorted in the day - just what i wanted. They were neat, clean and polite and the boiler is brilliant. The guys on the phone were great and the guy who visited to quote was very good. Be aware, Midlands Boiler Group is a sales organisation that uses local plumbers - the whole thing worked very well for me, but maybe worth checking on who is doing the job.

first class service from start to finish

We got 4 quotes and one was from a big name in the industry, Midlands boiler group from start to finish were the most professional and personable company to deal with, good advise regarding the installation that creates serious questions with our alternative quotes, from a friendly surveyor who made my wife feel at ease as she was having to organise this, and made extra stressful as we have a new born baby. The staff at their head office were great and I find them to be bsolitely first class! Really impressed by this company.

Would really recommend midland boiler…

Would really recommend midland boiler group, great customer service and the engineers (Matt and Glenn) were brilliant. We weren’t in while most of the work was taking place but came back and was very satisfied with the standard of work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had boiler fitted in November, had nothing but trouble, Martin their installer absolutely disgraceful. Left the room the boiler was fitted in a total mess, did not clean up after himself, moaned about being tired all the time. Told us to put the water back on which we did, then he found out he hadn't fitted the boiler correctly, shouted for us to turn water back off. Carpet and floorboards soaking wet, kitchen wall cracked a few weeks later with water running down the wall. Brown tide mark on kitchen ceiling, Contacted Midlands Boiler Group, they won't help us, instead fobbed us off and said the insurance claim will have to through the installers insurance company who have still not contacted us. Have now spoken with our solicitor and will be taking the matter further.
If you do unfortunately still want to buy a boiler from them, pay by Direct Debit. That way, when they ruin your property like they have ours, you can cancel the DD until they fix your property from their very poor workmanship. They are cheap and a cowboy outfit.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We are deeply sorry that there were issues during your installation, we would like to reassure you that the engineer in question no longer works for us.

We sent round a professional cleaner to tidy up the mess which was left after the installation to make sure your home was left clean and comfortable.

We are sorry about the leak which happened a few weeks later, we were able to send round another engineer the same day to address this for you but we understand that you wanted to take it to the insurance company.

As the insurance claim is through the engineer himself we do not receive any information about the progress of the claim but we have tried many times to chase this up with them for you.

We always try to provide an extremely high level of service to our customer, and the quality of the work we provide is extremely important to us. On this occasion things didn’t go entirely to plan, and for this we sincerely apologise.

Ten days before christmas my central…

Ten days before christmas my central heating expired.I contacted midland boiler group and they managed to complete installation of a new boiler by 21st december thus saving christmas.all the people involved were professional and conscientious,well done

Thank you for letting us know that the thermostat instructions weren't clear enough - we've passed this on to our installers and have improved our information for future customers. First class service

Fabulous service turned up exactly on the time that they said they would the engineer was polite and friendly and didn’t leave till he had tested all the system and that we were perfectly happy

Very knowledgeable people came to fit…

Very knowledgeable people came to fit our new boiler and they were able to also sort out issues we'd had with our central heating for a few years. Previously we were on BG Homeserve. I'd definitely recommend them.

I have to say of the three companies I…

I have to say of the three companies I sought our boiler quote & installation from. Midland were the most prompt, friendly and caring company I came across. I never once felt pressured for the sale. Comfortable that I was in honest hands offering me the best advice for my situation. Along with excellent after sales care, I can happily recommend this company. 7 stars if I could!
