Very satisfied with the work and quote from MBG, initial boiler was damaged in transit and wouldn't work, MBG replaced boiler with no problem, overall a great service and Nathan put his heart and soul into overcoming issues with boiler.

From start to finish, our dealings with this company have been great. Mark came out to quote, and told me exactly what I needed to know, and gave me a good keen quote. Leighton spent a day and a half installing and commissioning our new boiler, left everything clean and tidy, and explained the new system thoroughly. A great all round customer experience!

New boiler system fitted. Leighton, the fitter, did neat clean and tidy work 👍🏾 Work took longer than planned, possibly as a result of the age of the home, and there is a further issue yet to be sorted (due to my work and caring for my father) The team are working with me to get it completed during a time convenient to me. Very caring and understanding. So far so good 👍🏾 👍🏾 👍🏾

Very professional and courteous installer. Implementation was slightly overrun due to boiler manufactures issuing faulty part. Which Mbg sourced and fitted very promptly. Cost was very good against other quotes I had sourced. Would recommend this company

Richard Clay from (R.A.C.) came to install my pressurized system he know's his stuff it went on a little longer than expected .but the main thing was to get it right at the end . little hiccups but nothing that could not be put right .My system was to work with my solar's that give me my free hot water when the sun was out, but there was not room for a header tank in the loft or the hearing cupboard that's why we had a pressurized system.
I think this was a experience for Midland Boiler and my self
but ended happy ever after.

Some problems sourcing a suitable boiler but the staff solved them. Communication was excellent. The installation was efficient. All the operatives we met were very pleasant.
