The sale was great and the shipping was quick

The blouse I purchased for my GF is lovely. Perfectly sized. Customer service was responsive when delivery was delayed. Only issue was the USPS, but that is adjacent.

I’ve ordered twice from them and every item was exactly as adverised, of high quality, and sized correctly. Both orders were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely intend to order from them again!

The exchange process is kinda shady. I exchanged items instead of getting store credit and was charged for shipping. As the order was over $150, had I taken the credit then ordered the same items I got in the exchange, I would have gotten free shipping. Items that are not returnable should also be more clearly labeled. If you buy multiple styles of an item and it doesn't fit, unclesr return policy means you are stuck with items you can't use.

I love Midnight Hour. I have purchased several outfits from them and have been extremely impressed by all their f them. The clothes are good quality and fit true to size. The material is comfortable and I get so many compliments about everything I have ever worn from Midnight Hour.

Service is always phenomenal even when I make mistakes ordering nothing is too much trouble. Love everything about this company xx

I've been shopping at Midnight Hour for a while now and keep coming back — their style is just so consistent. Every order has arrived on time and the quality is always exactly what I expect. It's become my first stop whenever I need to refresh my wardrobe. Genuinely one of the best online clothing stores I've used.

I ordered the Dark Essentials handbag. I had been looking for a handbag just like this one for a while. Dark, sleek, well constructed, etc.

When I finally received it, I was very disappointed. The fabric was extremely flimsy and had a plastic look to it. It already had a dent in it, coming out of the box. The fixtures looked wonderful online, but in person, they felt rickety. It was nowhere near the $66 price point! It felt like a play purse that you would give to a little kid.

I returned the purse. Unfortunately, Midnight Hour is going the way of many businesses and trying to make you pay an additional fee for "package protection". Isn't that the companies job? Why is that an additional fee? Isn't the consumer squeezed enough in the United States?

Long story short, even though I returned the item in perfect condition with the tags and packing material intact, Midnight Hour was kind enough to keep $16+ of my money in total shipping costs because I declined to pay for their "protection". My first and last order. Oh well.

Customer service was very kind and understanding. Exchange process is very efficient and helpful! Blazer is really well made and comfortable!
