Could be better
Don’t get me wrong the product quality is excellent. I ordered a symphony ambients kit and the quality is so much better than expected but the kit was missing a strip (Description advertised 6 but only received 5), customer service response time is horrible and delivery time takes forever. It took almost a month for everything to arrive (initial kit + missing strip). A few people who I know that have ordered the ambient kit had also reported a strip or few being missing and had same issue with customer response time. Definitely could’ve been 5 stars If it wasn’t for the fact the strip was missing and the horrible customer service. But just because of the product quality I most likely will be buying from them again and hopefully they sort out customer service and send the full kit with no pieces missing.

Been waiting for my package for more than a full week and can’t just solve with the merchant!!! Tried to contact them no luck ! Tracking says it was suspposed to be picked up but no one was in ! Do no buy from here !!! At all !!! Spent 153£ asking for money back getting ignored !

If you have queries about the delivery we'd reccomend checking the tracking number or contacting the delivery service. Our estimate delivery date for your item is 9-11th October. This was made clear on the product order page. Also regarding part mentioning you contacted us regarding a refund we have proof of a response from both parties and you told us to still go ahead with sending the item out which we have done

Hi, your item was sent out on the day you placed your order. We do not claim to have a 5 day delivery estimate for international orders. When you submit this review we checked the tracking of the parcel and it was out of our county and in yours so you would need to have a talk to the delivery service as we have no control over the. If you wanted this to be resolved you should've contacted or left a review for that company as leaving a review here can't really do anything as you're commenting about a service not provided by us.

I found this company from a Youtube review of one of their products. Product was well described and exactly what I wanted. Delivery was quick and protected well with the packaging. Unfortunately the item turned out to be DOA and support were initially difficult to engage with but did eventually arrange the return label and sent out a new item.

I placed an order for a performance air induction kit for my MK5 Golf from Midnight Performance and can genuinely vouch for them. Delivery time was quick and the team were very helpful when I had questions about the installation. The footwell lights were very high end and were fitted easily with the instructions provided and easy to control with the app. Will be ordering again soon
