Service going down the drain
I’ve been using MiFinity for years now and it’s just getting worse and worse by the day. In the last 6 months every other transaction is being on hold or you need to contact support. The support ofcourse needs ages to respond. My account is fully verified and now I deposited and the site said the deposit through crypto was a success but no money got credited. What’s the point in having a service when you need to contact support every transaction. At this point I can just do the transactions through support directly.
I’ve been using this service for years because it was fast and convenient but now it’s slow and inconvenient.
I’ve already wrote support but ofcourse I get a quicker answer on Trustpilot then on your support tickets.
Funds haven’t been placed on hold I just got no update and it still says in progress.

Serious Compliance Issues: €6,700 Deposited in Minutes to Illegal Casino
!!!- I want to raise serious concerns about MiFinity. Through this payment service, I was able to deposit €6,700 within just 10 minutes into an online casino I was directed to via a Dutch affiliate website. This casino is illegally offering gambling services to Dutch citizens.
What is especially alarming is that this casino has already been fined and sanctioned by the Kansspelautoriteit. Despite this, MiFinity still facilitated fast and large transactions to this platform without any apparent restrictions or proper checks.
This raises major questions about compliance, consumer protection, and responsible payment processing.-!!

Scammers. Absolute scammers.
I purchased a code. They took my money. Went to use the code, CANT! They force you to sign up, upload your ID, take a photo of yourself and then you can’t even use what you have already paid for. No cash to code has ever done this before! Now my ID and credentials are with some random company that won’t even adhere to a purchase. They blocked me out of the account that I was forced to sign up to, there is no way to contact them other than an email which they do not reply to and a phone number that just goes to a voicemail.
