Do not buy from Mifo.co.nz

Do not buy, they charge credit card but do not deliver. Supposed to be 3-5 day delivery from a warehouse an hour away from me...10 days later no tracking, no updates, no replies to email or chat messages. Absolute joke of a company. Wish I had seen these terrible reviews earlier as would never have used this company

An update regarding mt earbud purchase

An update regarding my earbud purchase.
3 weeks after ordering the product they arrived today. Now I will see if the earbuds are as good as a review I read indicated. I am still disappointed with the inferior customer service I received and would caution consumers considering purchasing from them. The mental anguish wasn't worth it.

Do not buy anything from MIFO, they are a scam. goods never show up, I have had no response from them and their online chat simply goes no where.

Bought a $120 trail camera from them which stopped working after about 5 weeks, the customer service emails are just stalling me out, ombudsman here I come.

Not at all happy with Mifo Australia

I accidentally purchased 2 products (checkout was confusing) chatted to a guy, he cancelled the 2nd item but I have not received a refund. They will not reply to emails or chats through their website. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones…

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones and once they came had an issue with randomly stopping or turning up the volume. I opened a return request twice with mifo. On both occasions the case was randomly closed and i still have not had any recourse from them. Their support is shocking i will never buy any product if theirs ahai, which is a shame as the previous 2 sets of ear buds worked well.

Purchased a robovac from them that…

Purchased a robovac from them that basically started only lasting for a fraction of the original time after 6 months, contacted them for support which diagnosed the need for a warranty claim but then they basically ghosted me after that won’t reply to any email or online chat with them

There's a good reason why...

There's a good reason why, when I searched for the best noise cancelling headphones, SonicTrek QuietMix II came up on top.
The noise cancelling component is top notch.
These headphones are comfortable to wear, compared to another well known, more expensive brand that hurt after a while. To be fair, I wear them for hours at a time sometimes. Comfort is important.
The AI voice is so light and happy when switching on, and sounds sad when turning off. Hilarious!
I highly recommend this product.

Ordered 2x earbuds through mifo.co.nz…

Ordered 2x earbuds through mifo.co.nz website and only received 1x pair. Praise the lord I received that! nz support email is broken so, went through au website chat bubble support. And thats where the bs fun antics started. Long story short, never received my second set, (NZ$182) down the drain. Do not use them, they are cons, scammers and totally unscrupulous.

Zero customer service

I purchased a vacuum cleaner that stopped working after a few months. Customer service provided some problem solving solutions but these did not work, then requested pics and videos which were provided, but have done nothing about a repair/replacement of the item. They have not responded to my last 3 emails and are just ignoring me while the warranty runs out.

I have now found numerous customer warnings on the internet. But it is too late. Do not buy from Mifo.

Very disappointing + poor customer service

These earbuds worked really well for the first 2 months however. If using an direct sunlight they can cut out, increase/decrease volume or completely shut down. Very annoying while running a half marathon to have to stop and reset your earbuds I have been waiting 5 months for a replacement with very minimal correspondence from the company. I would say that the base and the sound is the best of any earbuds I have ever used. One earbud completely stopped charging after 3 months. I did a lot of research on these earbuds and I landed on these thinking they were superior but they are very inferior.

Stay away!

Just on the 12 months since I bought the earbuds they now won't work in both buds. Only one bud sync with my Bluetooth. No matter how many times I re-pair them audio only comes out of one bud. There is no phone number for Mifo Australia. There's no email and no one responds on the chat. This company should be shut down! They are selling faulty earbuds without any after sales service. Stay away from them.

I have reported a dead unit well within…

I have reported a dead unit well within warranty.
I have received the same email twice asking me to do irrelevant checks.
I now see there is a consumer affairs warning about this company for similar concerns.
Their earbuds are not even comfortable despite being advised for small ears, complete BS

Terrible

Terrible. Stay away. They are doddgy. Consumer Affairs Victoria’s has issued a public warning about Mifo.
They have fake reviews on their website - they only publish the positive reviews and ignore the negative ones. I know this because they didnt publish my 1-star review. So they are misleading the public on their true rating.
Their product earbuds did work as advertised. Dodgy blue-booth connection and not properly compatible with Apple devices. They dont offer refunds.

I ordered earpods and paid. Goods never arrived. Delivery status has it out for delivery 8 days agao. Still not arrived. Have sent two emails to company and not had any response. DO NOT BUY from them.
