Although initially very efficient on finding cheaper gas and electricity, after deciding to transfer, having smart meters myself, I found that the company I was transferring to, 'AVRO' did not have the facility to read smart meters. Therefore, I had to cancel my transfer and stay with Shell Energy.
However, I cannot fault Migrate. James from Migrate has been very apologetic and given some very useful information given my particular circumstances. The fact that My 3-year fixed contract with Shell Energy runs out at the end of March 2020, I will then look into further options and certainly see what Migrate can offer. One further point is that I learned some very useful information, including Migrate after visiting the Coffee Caravan Warm Homes advice centre which visits different areas.

This has to be one of the best people/customer services ever that's automatic, love how easy it was to set-up, and Migrate then making the switch automatically, with a lovely email telling me much I am going to save, this time £217 which i just got today.. woo hoo .

Very easy to use the online interface which had me registered with Migrate in seconds. From then it’s just a matter of entering a few simple details (some from your latest bill from your existing supplier, if you have one to hand, if not you can proceed without one) and Migrate does the rest showing you your yearly savings from an extensive list of their suppliers.
I will now be switched each year without lifting a finger, Migrate will do the work for me.......what’s not to like?!
