Order not received despite 2 calls to the helpdesk.
Order to be delivered at home, but tracking system says the order has to be picked up by recipient... of course no address is given where to find the parcel!

I bought a culottes from Aspesi at the beginning of April. Without looking immediately I went shopping for a blouse. After my 2 week withdrawal period, I noticed two major defects in the fabric. I filed a complaint through customer service. I was allowed to return the culottes and received everything neatly by email with my contact Adrianna. Since they no longer had the same size, I agreed to a larger size because the model was oversized anyway. I am very happy with the solution offered and Adrianna's customer-friendliness. Many companies can be an example of this. I'm a fan of their beautiful range of exclusive clothing 🤩😍

I ordered recently from the Miinto.be the brand sneakers Liu Jo,
First of all I was positively surprised, as the price at the Miinto was 30% less then in the stores, I couldn’t pass by this offer😍
The payment process was easy, as I had variety of options, including PayPal, it is very handy, and the delivery was even better.
Next day after the order, I received the notification from the DHL Express, I could opt for the places of delivery, I chose the courier delivery at home, and as was promised by Miinto, I received my parcel in 2 working days.
As my parcel was shipped out the Italy to Belgium, I couldn’t be pleasant by such a service🤩
The product is well packed, with all original tags and codes, it is like I bought from the store.
Overall, I would recommend Miinto.be for all of my friends as:1) I received the discount on the product, I wanted so much, but couldn’t get it easily as it was expensive; 2) I received the free delivery, in 2 working days; 3) The service is fast, secure payment, opportunity to do a return, and they follow up on their clients, asking for their experience and feedback… Love it!
