I have never in my life left a bad…
I have never in my life left a bad review, but this company made it impossible to not do so. I really want to warn people to not place an order here. I ordered a jacket here for almost 300 euros, three weeks ago. They say delivery time is 1-5 working days, but I still haven’t received my package. Customer service keeps saying the package has been send back to the store and they can’t help me in the meantime.. I ordered to a DHL service point, so it’s also not the case that I wasn’t home. Within these three weeks I have to contact them almost everyday and the customer service is awful. They say it is the fault of DHL and that they can’t get a hold of them, but me as a customer can’t do anything about this and I’m here with no money or jacket.. absolutely horrible company. No comforting or compensation? I emailed them multiple times with long messages, I asked to talk with a manager and left my phone number, but still I get no help or solution. I spend a big amount of money and could not regret it more to do so at this company.
