Been eyeing up the brand for a while and decided to order some bits for my fiancée. Glad I did as the products are great. There was an issue with the initial order but they resolved it very quickly so no issues from me.

I ordered the sofia and ella set in black and absolutely love it! I have been looking for a more dainty wireless bralet for a while (the reebok sports bra just isn’t cutting it these days 🤣)
As I am petit but busty I struggle to find pretty wireless bras as wire bra’s as I’m sure we can all agree are not comfy! And not good for our health but that’s another subject.. I had made it known I had received the thong without the protective sticker on it (due to human error) and Christy from the customer service team was very apologetic and has offered a gesture of good will - which I am very grateful for! The other set unfortunately didn’t suit me but I will definitely be a repeat customer in future. Thank you ☺️

I bought a set and sent it back tracked delivery. Four weeks later and no refund. Tried e-mailing and messaging through instagram, nothing. Tried calling them - they hung up on me. So pleased I paid by credit card!

Placed an order and paid delivery fee. Order arrived with incorrect size.

I sent the whole order back at a cost of £5.39 to me,even though I was sent a size that I had not asked for. This was received by them on 06/12/2023.

I waited 10 days and sent an email with no response,I sent a chase email and to date no response.

I have just received a refund minus the original delivery fee and no response on the secondary cost to me. I am now £9.34 out of pocket for the pleasure of receiving a size I had not ordered.

Your warehouse caused the issue not me. Will not be using again. Keep the money,you obviously need it. Thieves come in all different disguises.
