Absolutely LOVE my dress that I ordered from Mikuta. The dress is well made, the packaging was wrapped beautifully and received a beautiful card too. I also bought a t shirt and want to purchase leggings yet….their clothes are beautiful and worth the money. I live in Canada and didn’t have to wait long to receive my order.

Terrible quality, price to high.
Returned the goods but still money isn’t back on my account. No replay from the store after sending emails. Silent. Highly not recommend!!! Very bad customer experience

Cute models but very expensive and quality is not super. I bought a striped t-shirt and paid it 85 pounds and the collar was yellowish, also the sizing is very weird, I am an S but had to order an L for it to fit the way you see in the photos. I am not sure where the t-shirt was manufactured but it doesn't look very good quality despite what they say on their website.

High quality clothing, most of which made in Europe. The sweatshirts are thick cotton, the lyocell t-shirts and batwing dresses are so super soft and flattering fits, the cotton ribbed items are thick too as are the jumpsuits which are gorgeous (I have two now) ...it is not cheap, but actually totally fair on the quality and being Europe made...it is all in the detail too (buttons, labels, finger holes, the fade looks) (and free delivery by courier!).. and overall the items fit so well, when reading carefully the fit & measurements descriptions, I have had no problems in sizing from tops to the coated jeans (which I bought 2 pairs of as they are so super cool) - it is super helpful and looks and fits exactly as on the pictures. I get so many compliments (feeling like a rock chick at aged 48!). I have now made 3 orders and am waiting for a few items to be back in stock and will make my 4th one - I could not be happier...Delivery from Germany to Finland takes 2-3 working days which is the fastest ever and is free / cheap...I am surprised at the negative feedback (I have not yet washed all my items, nor have I had to return anything - but watch out for fake websites and clothes)

I subscribed to the newsletter and in spite of my many attempts at unsubscribing on their website, I still receive their emails. This is outrageous.

I purchased the relaxed pant in a Medium and they sent a XS. I tried to get exchange for the correct size but they never started the process for me. I did get an auto response saying they have received my email but then nothing after that. The pants are expensive. So I’m very disappointed because I do like the style of this brand and wanted to shop more but now I cannot trust that this would not happen again and I would be out of a lot of money. I’m angry this happened. This kind of stuff happens when you order cheap stuff from China.

Doesn’t refund and doesn’t respond
Returned a package and after two weeks wondered when the refund would come. Have emailed 3 times to ask for a status but no response. Really untrustworthy/ bad impression and I worry if I will ever get my money back.
Refunded two short dresses and a t-shirt. I am tall (180) and everything felt a bit to short. (Note to Mikuta Order no 174505)
Update - I have now been refunded but still a bit stressful with no response.

Mikuta creates elegant, comfortable, well-made, stylish clothing. The gorgeous distressed finish to the dress I chose had a tiny spot as a result of the process. Mikuta acted quickly to replace it. I love my new dress which arrived in perfect condition. My girlfriend turned me on to Mikuta. We are big fans here in Rhode Island, USA!

It’s very unfortunate that I cannot tell you about the quality of the clothing because I purchased $900 worth of clothes… Only to receive a notice from the shipping company that I needed to pay $90 so that they could move it through customs. Absolutely nothing was stated about that with the company And now they want to charge me a $20 restocking fee when I never even had an item in hand.

I purchased a few items from MIKUTA. Two items I ordered were too big so I took them in for alterations. The alterations person could not fix them because of a button placement after having them for three weeks. I contacted MIKUTA about exchanging for a different size and they said no since it was over 30 days! Poor customer service in my opinion. Be ware if purchasing no exceptions on 30 day exchanges!

Just received my first 2 Mikuta orders...Seriously pleased with not only the quality, but shipping from Germany to USA, I received my order in 5 days...beautifully pa CV led in box with awesome
presentation...and thank you note.The quality of my 7 items...perfect...made in PORTUGAL and Tunisia...such quality fabrics...
Just placed another order...and I am on waiting list for sizes of 4 New Arrivals that are already sold out in my size.

I'll be honest, I'm very disappointed! Just received my order, black not black dress! It is such a low quality and such a high price of 110 euros! When I took it out of the box I was speechless at how bad it looked. I am disappointed! I was really looking forward to wearing this dress! I do not recommend this brand! I have to say,nowadays prices are high and quality is low! And owners have ZERO shame

The black dress by Mikuta on Trust pilot. Wore it once, got a little bit of salad dressing on the front in two places, tried to wash it by hand first, stain did not wash away. Then I soaked for half a day, rubbed it and then placed in the washing machine. Still the stains remained. Wore it once now will have to bin and Mikuta has not done anything about it. Their response 'send it to the dry cleaners.' Unacceptable really. I am not going to spend ten pounds to dry clean a cotton fabric. One wear and now in the bin.

Love Mikuta. Have been ordering from them for over two years. Unfortunately their sizes run a little larger than I had expected but that hasn’t stopped me form being loyal to the brand. I’m just a tad smaller than the xs. Especially for the bottoms. The quality of their products are made to last and even when worn out they still look lovely and feel great. So far delivery has been prompt and accurate. I would hope they have more sales though. Lol. They’re quite an expensive brand. But most things are nowadays

I think this brand has very cool designs. I've ordered a knitted scarf. Delivery was ok, pretty fast. The quality of the scarf could be much more better. Its pretty heavy and had a funny smell, but it looked nice so I decided to keep it. To rid off the smell I decided to wash it and OMG, I didnt see that much paint going off from clothes! And it was cold water, handwash. I can imagine what will it do if I'd put it into machine with other items.
I dont know how are their other items and I dont even want to try:/

Fantastic service.
I bought a dress - found a little hole in the fabric, contacted the company - and right a way they offer me a new dress.
The new dress is on it s way - I am very thankful :)
