I live in Australia and bought a skirt from them. It arrived but I needed to return it as it didn’t fit. No return label provided, no option for me to choose how to post it back. It was mandated that I use DHL express international and pay €30 fee. Will never buy from them again

Have returned a jumper 2.5 weeks ago, have been chasing the refund, it wasn’t a cheap jumper @ £140. Despite numerous emails confirming they have received the jumper no refund, apparently they want to know what happened to the jumper once back at the warehouse. Surely that is an internal issue that they need to investigate but should I have to wait whilst they investigate. No. Now on my 20th email demanding my money and to make matters even worse at the end of each useless email they wish me an amazing day. Worst customer service ever.

Just excellent (got The Mikuta Sweater in Stone); I'll likely get another one in a different colour. The fit is excellent, it's comfy and stretchy, the delivery was fast and I can't really relate to some of the other reviews on quality - but then they were about different items. I'm a happy customer so far!!

I had a quality problem with a pair of trousers and it was taken care of immediately, super friendly and fast. Great customer service! Thx!

Edited to add, no, there was no problem preventing the $150 sweatshirt from being delivered to me- the other three packages eventually made it. As I said, you’ve made this my problem instead of owning the fact that you sent the items to Phoenix Arizona instead of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Never even offered to send me out a new sweatshirt. Because of course it’s my fault you sent the packages to the wrong US state. 😂 No, it’s your fault. My address was correct. You can see the package was never delivered to my address in New Mexico yet you’re totally screwing me and not refunding my money nor sending me another sweatshirt. I’d never order from you again.
Two out of four packages I ordered on four different occasions, was sent to the wrong place. Different state. So far they retrieved one, hopefully I’ll receive the fourth one some time during my lifetime. They acted like I was a scammer, wanted me to sign an “ honor” statement. I did. Then, they needed a second one. Nope. Way too much work for mediocre clothing in my opinion. Beware.

I have ordered a few times. The last time the sweater I ordered was too big, and I returned it. I used Mikuta's DHL prepaid label and sent it back to them. It's been two months and I still don't have my money back. They responded they'll look into it more than 10 days ago and no reply since then.

Love the jewellery. I love the jewellery the neck chain I wear all the time and so easy to put on. Really amazed how quick delivery is coming from Germany to Australia. Recommend the products. Are expensive but something about the products they are very special

This is my first time shopping with Mikuta…all l can say from my experience is that it was super fast service…ordered items on the Sunday ,arrived by the Wednesday. Super lovely packaging , lovely quality and l am definitely going to be ordering from them again.
The person who wrote the review about paying full price and then it was sale reduced and wanted the difference paid ,is not living in the real world. That would never happen with any other company.. so long may you continue Mikuta. Well done.

Very disappointing. I am a first time shopper with Mikuta. Ordered a pair of Jeans and a stripey dress. The items arrived, the total price £298.00. I thought the quality was very poor. To add to my disappointment, literally 48 hrs after being delivered to my door, they reduced all items by 30%. Imagine how I felt. Ripped off! I asked if they would kindly refund the difference which was £71.00. A short reply came back saying it's not their policy to do that, but I can return the items. How bad is their Customer Care, that they'd rather you return the goods than cough up £70 🙄 How bad also, they don't value a potential return customer...! I am appalled at how I have been treated and still awaiting a team member to come back to me. This is not how a professional business operates. When I get time, I will be writing direct to the owner, let's see what she has to say about her Company's poor service... and poor it is!

Please note the date of this review!! My order coincided with the promotion. It arrived on the day! Therefore, any company wishing to keep their customers on good terms, would offer the items at the promotional value. It's called good Customer relations...

I ordered several items from Mikuta and for some reason it was redirected to another city for delivery, I contacted Mikuta at 4:30pm EST United States and they were able to obtain the package from DHL and have it delivered at 4:30am (12 hours later) Anna at Mikuta made it happen-their customer service is better than I have ever experienced..they stay in constant contact and don’t leave you in the unknown

The exchange rate is ridiculous. 610 euros converts to $815—is that a joke?

Bought a dress and a bracelet, Dress is beautiful but not entirely sure it was worth the price tag. The bracelet broke after wearing it for a few hours, at 60 euro I expected to get longer out of it. I contacted Mikuta a number of times and no response at all - I should have listened to the other reviews and not bothered buying here. My mistake dont make it your mistake also.

EDIT: After Mikuta messaged me below - I messaged them back immediately and am yet still to hear from them. If they paid more attention to their customers they wouldn't need to pay so much attention to Trustpilot

Mikuta = My Mistake.

$125 in customs duty to receive the shipment; sizing is unpredictable, and the quality is fast-fashion; $21 fee to return. I kept one basic, nothing-special dress to have something to show for my error in judgment. All-in cost = $317 rather than the $189 list price.

I have bought "The Black Leather Buckle Sandal" the inside of the sandal is NOT leather, feet are extremely sour. and ( bloody), it is leather allright outside and inside the sole, but not inside of the strap... The leather have been glued together with another materiale.
Their servicedesk will not acknowledge it, but real leather would not Rinkle on the inside, if it was real leather.
Really not a good experience,as well as the dress cutting do not match the price..

I've had a excellent experience with Mikuta. The clothing was excellent but the customer service was the best I've experienced. When I broke my bracelet, they immediately sent me a peice to replace the part that I broke. I was really impressed. Definitely a permanent customer.

I rarely write reviews, let alone share my experiences about anything online.
But after reading some of the below negative comments, I wanted to leave some reassuring words here for customers who are as hesitant as me purchasing apparel online.

Without a single exception, all of the items I purchased (and it was a larger order), are just as beautiful as indicated on the photos. The clothes are soft and have a flattering fit. I went by the size recommendations, which worked out perfectly. Most models are wearing size M and I recommend to go by that size even if you're S/36 like me.

We had some issues with customs as the order went overseas, but at no point did I feel let down. Despite DHL returning the products initially, Mikuta found a way to send the items successfully and all was delivered within a decent timeframe.

I am a very happy girl tonight and excited about this wardrobe treat. Thank you

I am obsessed with Mikuta's garb line! The styles are so modern-day and sparkling. Every time I put on some thing from Mikuta, I feel assured and stylish. The great is really worth each penny!
