The worst. They lost my order of a sweatshirt. Delivered by DHL to Phoenix, AZ, although I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They got all weird and asked me if I knew the person who signed for it, I’m like, it’s a 10 hour drive from my home address, I have zero idea who signed for it! But after they made the mistake, they wanted me to sign a paper swearing I didn’t know whoever got the item. Really! Which I did- except then they required another one! Even though my address was the same throughout, they acted like their mistake would somehow benefit me and I was guilty. Never did I receive the sweatshirt. I had to get American Express and PayPal involved to get a refund. I will never buy from this disorganized, ridiculous company again. I don’t have the damned time to do ten emails back and forth, scan papers, etc., you’re a total joke. But I did find the time to tell others to STAY AWAY. You may, or may not, get the things you paid for, and guaranteed if you don’t they’ll accuse you of stealing. Lol Thank God for American Express. They deal with your type so I don’t have to.

We had bought in total four T-shirts from Mikuta. After washing the shirts (in line with the care instructions), the shirts had the size of circus tents.
After two months of mails sent back and forth, we were not able to reach an acceptable agreement with Mikuta regarding our claim, we will therefore take legal steps. We however cannot recommend buying T-shirts from Mikuta

Terrible customer service. Items are expensive but size and fit is completely off. Sequin dresses are thick and uncomfortable and this is not indicated in product listings. They make it impossible to return and customer service is difficult. Seems like a scam where they spend heavily on social ads and market cheap products at a high ticket price and then don't let you return. Gross.

Do not purchase from these guys
The items sent are not a proper fit according to size claimed
Return process is obscure.
No official document emailed with proper instructions like other companies.
They hide it as apparently ‘an attachment’ when you request a return and force you to pay 40 pounds for the return in order to get the refund. Generic response that they are willing to assist but will not go further to assist you. Do not purchase from these guys as if it doesn’t fit or is not what is advertised online then you will never get a refund for this.
They are very difficult to deal with

First time ordering from Mikuta and what a terrific service. My items arrived in the UK within 2 days. Communication regarding the shipment was excellent both from Mikuta and DHL. Very impressed with my purchases, the quality and fit is excellent and beautifully made - very stylish jumpers and absolutely worth the price. The fit is spot on so pick your usual size.

Jaqueline, her boyfriend and their partners hired me for an e-commerce position a while back. The process took 3 interviews and they also interviewed my reference contacts. After I signed the contract and quit my former job the Mikutas simply decided to cancel my contract before my starting date. All because they changed their minds and “felt like we didn’t really click”. So there I was without a job, with kids and bills to pay for. No backup. THEY MADE ME QUIT MY SAFE JOB for a change of mind? No, thank you. You guys are children. The reason I’m only writing this now is that it took time to process and to heal.

The websites that have some of your clothes cheaper like "The light long knitted Cardigan" are: LightinTheBox, Ivadress, Tinajoe, Novakiki, Chicurb. You have very nice clothes, but they are very expensive! That's why I started looking for them elsewhere!

I have ordered before and love all my purchases but I find the sizing to be inconsistent. In the tshirt style dress I got a small which is huge so in the shirt dress I ordered an XS and it is too small (sleeves are weirdly tight). Also I ordered the same sweater in black and stone in the same size and the stone is much bigger for some reason. Since most of the sales seem to be online I would expect the sizing to be more consistent. But love the styles and quality, fast turn around time.

I really liked the blue jeans, but they don't have one of the most popular sizes 24, I don't understand why. I ordered 25, but as expected it was too big for me. I won't return the jeans, but I am upset to tears that I can't buy such cool, beautiful things anymore, because they don't have size 24.

Appalling customer service ~ The Exchange Policy is an absolute joke, and I ended up having to pay an additional £35 to buy exactly the same garment but in a smaller size…if the item hadn’t been a Christmas present which the recipient had already tried-on for size (and loved!) then I would have demanded my money back.
For a store selling garments for this particular price point, then I’m genuinely surprised at their lack of willingness to help me with the issue they had created.
I won’t buy from them again as a matter of principle. I feel genuinely let-down by them.
EDIT: In reponse to Mikuta’s chirpy nonsense: The item had increased in price by £35 within that 30-day period and you would NOT honour the original £227 price I had paid when I asked for an exchange!!! You had already received the Size Large back which you’d be able to sell at the increased price, so it was simply a case of giving me a discount code to bring the smaller size down to the original price, or just sending me a straight swap…
YOU OFFER ONLINE RETAIL, SO YOU NEED TO ACCEPT EXCHANGES WHEN THE SIZING ISN'T CORRECT, AND KEEP TO THE PRICE PAID…IT’S JUST BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW BUSINESS WORKS!

I’m surprised by the 1 star reviews. I’ve ordered twice from Mikuta and am happy with the products and service. I live in Australia. Within my orders I have returned items and also had to contact customer service about the 2nd order which was a picking error during the Black Friday sales. Customer service was responsive and helpful and I had no issues with returns and happy with the resolution and process. I don’t expect businesses to have the customer service teams or resources of Amazon so I accept that I pay for returns (I got free shipping for the order in the first place and this costs the business) and appreciate that I can get a human response within 24-48 hours (over an ai bot response which is the worst. I also understand time zone differences may affect response times). I love the products and will be ordering again in the future. Thanks!

I have placed an order with them twice.
First one had issues with charging me so much money for custom although it was ordered to UK. Fair enough money was refunded but it took so much of my time with emails backwards and forwards.
I have placed another other recently and yet again issues. This time with a refound. Ordered was returned and received by mikuta on the 12.12 and more than two weeks now no sign of a refound ( approx £300) . Few emails sent and very poor customer service not very progressing ...

Have purchased several items, and the customer service is amazing. Always respond, polite, and informative.. the items of clothing are excellent quality, and they look awesome (even though I am so much bigger than the models that display them) sizing is awesome and just email them to ask about specific measurements and they help you straight away. Delivery is fast. I wish I was rich because the clothes are expensive,
their sales are good value and I would probably purchase everything on their website.. but for now, I save up and then treat myself whenever I can. And then look forward to my next purchase...

Absolutely disgusted by their Customer Service: slow to respond and slow to resolve an order that did not turn up. At the end, they took so long to look into it it turned out they hadn’t processed the order (placed weeks ago) and the items had now sold out…
So, without even having the decency to ask me if I wanted what remained from the original £200+ order, I have received a notification from DHL that a pair of socks are on their way to me. Not the bag (that sold out) not the summer trousers (that also sold out) no idea what happened to the long sleeve top I paid for (no mention of that)… no, after spending all that money I am getting some socks.
And forget actually talking to someone there; every time I try to reach out on email to ask where my order is, or chase a refund or to ask to cancel the order in it’s entirety, I get the same generic message - ‘we are busy planning our Christmas gatherings’ or some such tosh.
Impossible to deal with, very stressful. Pretty disgusted by their treatment and the time it has taken me. It’s exhausting. I’d just like my money back thanks. I don’t want the socks.
And no, they offered a 20euro discount on future orders. And still no resolution on parts of the order, other than the socks! It’s a JOKE.
