Good stuff

Honestly? I work five minutes from home and am very much a homebody. This was the cheapest option BY FAR and worked exactly as I needed it to. That being said, if you drive even a "normal" amount, expect the rates to be much higher. A $140 bill can very quickly turn into a $190 if you don't pay attention. Again, I wouldn't call this a fault, just a heads-up.

The customer service was always professional and speedy.

We are built for drivers who typically drive less than 10,000 miles per year, and the less you drive, the more you save. However, since we are pay-per-mile, the opposite is also true: the more you drive, the more you will pay. So, as you said, it's important to understand how much you drive since the amount you pay monthly can go up and down, depending on the miles you drive. It's kind of like your electric bill - you pay a base monthly amount and then the bill varies based on exactly what you use. CAN'T CANCEL MY INSURANCE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUD

I BELIEVE ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE WHAT THEY MAKE THEMSELVES!
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company is a scam. I called customer service to cancel my insurance plan. The company confirmed and sent a confirmation email. However, the following month I was still charged to renew the plan. I called a second time to complain, and they said they would cancel and send me an email. I said they had already done that, so why were they still charging me? I want my money back. They hung up. What's going on if this isn't a scam?
I am calling my bank to dispute the transaction, and report that is a fraud!

Can’t cancel my policy. They autocharged

I called them to cancel my policy, and get an email to confirm that. However they still autorenew it and charged me. No way to cancel. Absolutely fraud!

Try .iles Auto Insurance…you wont be disappointed

I found Miles Auto insurance at a time when my perfect driving record/report was still not getting me better rates. I had no accidents, no claims and a qualified defensive drivers course. I've been with Miles Auto insurance for a year now and love that I am only charged for miles I actually travel. My rate is still less expensive with Miles Insurance!

MileAuto meets my needs

I drive my car very little anymore. I looked for an insurance company where I could only pay for the miles I drive. I found MileAuto. They are kind and helpful and gave me the insurance for which I was looking.

Angelica of Mile Auto replied within…5 minutes.

Angelica of Mile Auto replied within minutes of receiving my concerned email regarding the cost of my bill after just renewing my policy for the first time. She went straight to the point and explained fully why my bill became higher and when she pointed out how my policy had dropped over $20 over all, I realized I should have taken a closer look at my renewal paperwork, save Angelica the trouble!

First id like to say your guys online…

First id like to say your guys online says the claims department is open 24/7 that is a lie and ive been calling for 45 minutes I would hit 2 to start a claim and it would play music for almost 20 minutes then hang up talked to a guy name Matt and he helped me get connected to Ian and Ian done a great job helping me resolve my issue but they need to update the online and make it not such a hassle just to talk to someone in the claims department

Several years ago, we used a 3rd party to take initial after-hours claims calls, but quickly learned that their definition of "customer care" and ours was completely different. As a result, we continued to offer 24/7 post-accident rental car dispatch, but changed our in-person claims intake procedure to 9am to 6pm throughout the continental USA, and then added 24/7 claims intake via a claims reporting form on our website. When we made that change, we attempted to make all the changes on our website accordingly, but you found the one instance where this change was not made. And, we greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. With regard to your claim, we are pleased that Ian was able to assist with resolving your issue - thank you for complementing him.
