Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with MilesWeb hosting service.
I have been using their server for the last 1 year, and within this period my website was hacked 2 times. Unauthorized links and spam pages started appearing on my website automatically, which badly affected my business and website reputation.
Their server security is very weak. Even after raising complaints, the support team was unable to provide a proper permanent solution. I also faced unauthorized access issues multiple times.
Because of these security problems, my website ranking, customer trust, and work suffered a lot. For any business website, security should be the top priority, but unfortunately I did not get that from MilesWeb.
I would not recommend this hosting service to anyone who is serious about website security and stable performance. Very poor server management and disappointing support experience.

Worst service experience.
Their hosting and WHM support system is completely unreliable. The server has been down for hours, and they are not even providing a proper update or expected resolution time. This shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism.
